15/09/2024: Very high-level cuisine for an extraordinary sensory experience. Fabien Ferré and his brigade truly deserve the 3 Michelin stars. Congratulations also to the indoor teams, smiling, friendly and really very professional.

10/09/2024: I'm a little torn about the meal at the Castellet table. we took the marine flavors menu. The fish were well cooked and the broths delicious apart from the squid which was almost raw and not very pleasant to eat (I'm a bit of a stickler when it comes to cooking octopus, cuttlefish...). the portions were really very very small for some (the size of a teaspoon!) and above all I did not have any culinary wonder or curiosities that delighted my taste buds like the chefs of the Mazzia region, Passedat and Droisneau... too bad. I didn't dare share my comments with the boss when he came into the room, in front of everyone. I would have preferred to leave him my feelings by email from his establishment, but they did not send me an email to find out if I liked it. And I forgot the cheese cellar, a must-do. Thanks to the room service team and congratulations to the pastry chef.

20/09/2024: Comme toujours, lorsque nous venons à La Souco, nous sommes ravis de l’accueil, de nos plats, de l’environnement… Je conseille à tout le monde de venir passer un très bon moment au BLS.

Restaurant and room service dishes are excellent and beautifully prepared. The same goes for the meals served to our dog cooked by the chef and his teams, thank you. A big congratulations to the entire team for their dedication, especially to the valets. Establishment in nature and overlooking the Mediterranean, incredible environment. A refreshing place

11/09/2024: Where does France go a can of cherry coke plus a bottle of water €6.30 30 but where do these people go I bought it because there is only one bakery in the area and I would die of thirst wanting have a treat next door seeing the prices I escaped and I might as well tell you, escape everyone incredible never seen that 😡

The brewery is great, excellent value for money 🤩 A beautiful family atmosphere, the staff and the boss are pleasant and smiling A tobacco/games area, a vaping and CBD corner complete this establishment. I recommend the address with my eyes closed PS: for beer lovers, the triple karmeliet is served on tap 😋

22/08/2024: The café with its atmosphere where the regulars are legion, the cyclists 🚴‍♂️ we often establish the café as a resting place for a coffee or other... this café is a real social place and that deserves to be said... tchin tchin...
