01/05/2026: We had a lovely time at this restaurant: the welcome was warm, the food was good, and the service was generally pleasant. But the end of the experience completely ruined everything else. We all had a 25% discount through our loyalty account, and because of a mistake by the waiter—who, by the way, was very kind—we were refused the discount. This is absolutely unacceptable. We followed the terms and conditions; it's not up to us to pay for an error that wasn't ours. Losing these discounts is frankly unacceptable and leaves a real sense of injustice. The most disappointing thing is that the manager didn't offer any compensation. It's incomprehensible and frankly disappointing, especially after the mistake was acknowledged. It's a real shame, because it completely tarnishes an experience that had started so well. We sincerely hope that this kind of situation will be handled better in the future.

17/05/2026: I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised by the energy of the atmosphere, the music, and the type of crowd. The combination of a brasserie, nightclub, cocktail bar, easy parking, and a feeling of safety was fantastic—I loved it! I'll definitely be back!

07/01/2026: What a wonderful discovery this charming restaurant in the heart of the village of Ollioules was! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. The dishes are meticulously prepared, exquisitely refined, sometimes even daring, yet everything comes together perfectly: an explosion of flavors! The welcome is warm, the service impeccable, and we listened with genuine passion as each dish was described. We will most certainly return, especially since the menu changes regularly with the seasons, offering plenty of opportunities for further culinary discoveries.

24/10/2025: We discovered this restaurant thanks to a gift certificate for a romantic meal. What a delight! It's an absolute sensory experience. It all begins with Gaëlle's presentation of the menu, then once the choice is made (not easy), comes the visual pleasure of plating the dishes before letting your taste buds feast on the unique but oh-so-delicious dishes. Les Étiquettes is now one of our top 10 restaurants.

The best clams I've ever eaten, the chef's dessert was incredibly good, the terrace is perfectly located next to the church, the couple who run this little restaurant are super friendly—in short, this restaurant made a lasting impression on me and I'll definitely be back! 14/05/2026: After a warm welcome and a presentation of the menu, we opted for the tuna/salmon skewer with its varied accompaniments. A homemade dessert and a good rosé wine completed the experience before we settled a very reasonable bill. It was a wonderful discovery. Thank you. Nectar.

11/05/2026: A wonderful discovery in this charming, typical village of the region. Excellent food and top-notch service. Thank you for serving our son so quickly; he enjoyed his meal. The dish of the day, couscous with lamb shank, was delicious and a generous portion.

17/05/2026: New location for Bizerte, more modern and spacious atmosphere, but... the prices are exorbitant considering the amount of food on the plate. Very disappointed! The main courses arrived just as the aperitifs were being served. I'm still looking for the rum in the mojito. The couscous was bland, with very little meat, and the vegetables were tasteless—too much cabbage and turnip, and very little of everything else. We didn't dare order dessert at €28 for the assortment of pastries. In short, the rent must be high, and the quality is suffering.
