06/02/2026: The charm works its magic as soon as you step into this restaurant. The decor is elaborate, a bit rococo, but stylish. The owner reminds me of my grandfather, a member of the old French nobility—very elegant. This gentleman is kind and welcoming, as is his competent and highly professional staff. The chef takes great care in creating wonderful and excellent dishes; the presentation on the plates is, if one can say so, graceful, inviting the diner to eat with gusto. The ingredients are of the highest quality. I highly recommend coming to share a meal with family or friends. Reservations are essential, as this restaurant is very popular.

11/02/2026: First visit to this place for a friend's birthday. It seems to be a restaurant/party venue judging by the number of people celebrating that night! I'm not a fan of loud music during meals, as it makes it difficult to chat with friends, but I have to admit the DJs know how to create a great atmosphere and get the dance floor going. The food is good too, so definitely don't hesitate.

I will be back very soon with friends to party and eat because the food was top-notch, the presentation was beautiful and the food delicious. If you want to have a good time, I recommend Technopole.

The dishes are meticulously prepared, exquisitely refined, sometimes even daring, yet everything comes together perfectly: an explosion of flavors! The welcome is warm, the service impeccable, and we listened with genuine passion as each dish was described. We will most certainly return, especially since the menu changes regularly with the seasons, offering plenty of opportunities for further culinary discoveries.

24/10/2025: We discovered this restaurant thanks to a gift certificate for a romantic meal. What a delight! It's an absolute sensory experience. It all begins with Gaëlle's presentation of the menu, then once the choice is made (not easy), comes the visual pleasure of plating the dishes before letting your taste buds feast on the unique but oh-so-delicious dishes. Les Étiquettes is now one of our top 10 restaurants.

21/01/2026: Superb find! A small, typical restaurant in the center of the village of Ollioules, discovered thanks to a local's recommendation. The menu is small, but the daily special (lentils with salted pork) was excellent, perfectly seasoned, generous, and very reasonably priced (considering current prices). In short, you get great value for your money! The service from Amandine (thank you again!) was excellent—she was always smiling and very helpful! A wonderful experience; I highly recommend it. A must-try in the area! Hoping that others will stumble upon this review!

10/02/2026: A small restaurant located right in the center of Ollioules, next to a fantastic cathedral. The square is magical; we had a wonderful time with the two owners, Mauro and Barbara. The quality of the food is undeniable; everything is made fresh to order, and you can really taste it in the food. I highly recommend this restaurant.

21/01/2026: I was really disappointed by this establishment. According to the Google reviews, it looked amazing, but honestly, I don't know which was worse: the bland taste of the food I ordered or the deplorable attitude of the managers. It's a shame, I had high expectations.
