From the moment we entered this unusual establishment, the welcome was warm, the two waiters were delightful and attentive, and we felt genuinely wanted. From the main course to dessert, an avalanche of delicious treats awaited us—finally, a gourmet restaurant where generosity is evident at every step. The service was quick and thoughtful, and the menu we requested was simply exquisite! Having worked in high-end restaurants, I was amazed by the ambiance and the quality of the food. 07/01/2026: What a wonderful discovery this charming restaurant in the heart of the village of Ollioules was! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. The dishes are meticulously prepared, exquisitely refined, sometimes even daring, yet everything comes together perfectly: an explosion of flavors! The welcome is warm, the service impeccable, and we listened with genuine passion as each dish was described. We will most certainly return, especially since the menu changes regularly with the seasons, offering plenty of opportunities for further culinary discoveries.

24/10/2025: We discovered this restaurant thanks to a gift certificate for a romantic meal. What a delight! It's an absolute sensory experience. It all begins with Gaëlle's presentation of the menu, then once the choice is made (not easy), comes the visual pleasure of plating the dishes before letting your taste buds feast on the unique but oh-so-delicious dishes. Les Étiquettes is now one of our top 10 restaurants.

14/05/2026: After a warm welcome and a presentation of the menu, we opted for the tuna/salmon skewer with its varied accompaniments. A homemade dessert and a good rosé wine completed the experience before we settled a very reasonable bill. It was a wonderful discovery. Thank you. Nectar.

11/06/2026: First time I've ever left a restaurant hungry. The Tunisian-style mixed roast lamb is one of the most expensive dishes on the menu (€29.50), and yet there was practically nothing on the plate: a merguez sausage, a skewer, and a lamb chop. For that price, it's really meager. The taste wasn't bad, but nothing special. A simple "barbecue plate" from a snack bar does the same thing, but at a much higher price. On a positive note, the decor and cutlery were nice, and the service was pleasant. Sorry, but I won't be back.
