26/07/2024: On my last visit a lady with short hair glasses served us a can of coke (30cts) with a glass without an ice cube for 4.50 euros. Honestly, it's a shame to have a can at that price, plus we've never seen such an unpleasant person in service, Madame moaned out loud in front of everyone because a kid left chocolate on his plate (understand she's going to have to wash the plate, poor thing). 15 minutes later she asks us to leave because it's closing time! A joke she could have told us before. And as if that wasn't enough, Madame made a monstrous mess by passing the chains between the chairs and the tables for the people attached while there were still customers 1 meter away and I'm not even talking about her personal hygiene. In short, it's not for nothing that this company has been in financial failure for a long time, in fact that's also why the commission assigned the management of the restaurant to someone else for the next few years but you don't want to 'accept and understand your mistakes.

19/07/2024: Very expensive for the dishes offered... frozen fries... bagged salad... The quality/price ratio is not there.... blah blah... We pay for the frame....

17/09/2024: Very pleasant customer relations, good quality products, the service is fast, the food is hot, the atmosphere pleasant. A big thank you to the blonde employee with glasses on 09/17 (or manager) who took care of my customer feedback very quickly in a pleasant context. Good luck to the team!!!

20/09/2024: Thursday 19 5:45 p.m. I place a click and read order because I am joining my daughter who is already eating it, telling me that it will be ready when I arrive…. No when I arrive I wait 35 minutes before finally getting my order On duty: a trainer, a bearded manager in a burgundy shirt, a kitchen team member. And 2 little ones with the green t-shirt in formation… Abandoned in the corner of the counter Not a hello from anyone, Not a sorry for the wait No goodbye or bon appetit from the trainer who just calls my order number and hands me the bag without a word. I open my order…. No ice cubes in the drinks I ask him, the manager tells me that the machine is broken…. Strange, my daughter who ate there had ice cubes…. We decide to stay and eat there (because in any case the reusable dishes are not there and the SAT is also deactivated.... Just like 95% of the terminals only 2 are active) Not a clean table, I clean the clean table with my wipes I find a hair of beard in my fries….it’s too much, my order goes in the trash Isn't the beard cover obligatory???? Because at home it is not carried by anyone: neither the manager nor the kitchen team for that matter. Lack of luck for them…., I am in the profession so I know the difficulties of recruitment etc., but with the image they reflect how do you want to make people want to apply to us???? It's a shame, if you don't want to work, leave the place but stop showing such a poor image of our profession!!!

18/09/2024: Good royal deluxe menu that I took to take away and the person I had was friendly. I give it three because even if I didn't eat there, a fast food restaurant is dirty and I saw it while waiting for my order.

27/10/2024: To avoid completely. “The Opera” only looks like a bar/cafe. Benefiting from a location which might suggest that the place is of good standing, it is in fact a place which should learn from the small village PMUs. - No card or QRcode on the table (the waiter will not take one) - No smile (don't think you're welcome) - Completely wet tables even when the rain has stopped (customers look for a dry place to sit but the waiters don't ask the question) - and TOILETS… (sensational description at the bottom) Toilets: gloomy, no security, similar to a squat: tape and patched walls, toilets without doors, access to toilets without light in a huge, completely dark room Access impossible for elderly people, people with reduced mobility, disabled people Access not recommended (for women for example) because no visibility on a possible human presence with us in the room, then in a more than vulnerable position, especially for a bar which welcomes (too much) with open arms all the homeless alcoholics of Toulon (s 'they weren't it wouldn't be a problem). Understand the people I point out because they are shouting on the terrace, leering at the women next to us, wandering near people's belongings, spitting all over the place, and congratulating themselves on having relieved themselves in the next street... In short, the toilets are dangerous and if you inform the staff that it is unacceptable and that you do not feel safe there (my friend's comment), they will tell you (turning your back, blowing and throwing the keys on the bar) that it's your problem. I went to check and indeed, it is unacceptable.

11/09/2024: An extremely unpleasant waiter. The benches are indicated reserved even though no one comes...what a shame in such a beautiful place. Avoid this address!

28/11/2024: The gentleman who runs this establishment should think about questioning himself and consider a career change! When we name each other's coffee shop, we at least try to be a little warm... when you have this kind of friends, you don't need enemies. I showed up at 4:52 p.m. to collect a package (within the time slot indicated on the site that took my order), this gentleman "received" me very coldly because he decided that the packages are from 5 p.m. and that if I read the emails sent I would have known… I read the email, indeed it is marked, I apologize flatly and offer to wait the remaining 8 minutes outside… well no that is not suitable either! What follows is a moral lesson worthy of a parent who yells at his 5 year old child because he did not read the statement of the problem... dear sir, when a person apologizes and admits his wrongs he It's usually appropriate to relent and accept his apology. Know that I am not a 5 year old child and even less a dog to talk to me like that...
