07/09/2026: The bathrooms were dirtier than those at the motorway service station, the food was poor quality and seemed old.

06/09/2026: Sunday was half full. And according to them, that's perfectly normal. See photo.

25/09/2026: The pizza maker was very friendly, smiling, and worked well. Some of the staff were always excellent. Unfortunately, I saw something that shocked me, even though I have a diploma in catering. One of the employees at the checkout went to blow his nose while wearing gloves, having just rubbed his nose, and then touched the pizza-cutting equipment without even changing his gloves. I preferred not to say anything at the time to avoid causing a problem, but I was shocked. I'm a regular Domino's customer, and this was the third time I'd been and seen this. I don't think it's clean of him. He could have at least changed his gloves before touching the equipment. I hope this person will be reminded of the HACCP hygiene rules and the potential for bacteria and food poisoning. (If the manager or owner wants to know who I'm talking about, I can speak to them privately if needed, or even go by and say who it is, but I won't mention it in this review to avoid any issues.) (not to damage its image).

04/10/2026: My best friend left for her train when she finished her grenadine. We stayed a little longer and then left ourselves. I just found out that she had already paid for our table when she left, but we were still charged when we went to the counter. They couldn't even be bothered to tell us it was already paid. Whether it was an oversight or an rip-off, I have no idea. Luckily, we were only there for a drink and not to eat.

03/10/2026: We just left this brasserie. The welcome was appalling, and the friendliness was nonexistent. At a table for three, I asked the waitress not to remove the cutlery next to me because the other person was in the restroom. She replied irritably that it was the same thing, even though the other person's belongings were on the seat, not in the place opposite me. Furthermore, she threw the menu cards onto the table. If you're not happy or fed up with people, find another line of work. And the same goes for the young man behind the bar who didn't even offer a greeting or a smile when we asked him where the restrooms were. We left before ordering, especially considering the prices on the menu and the poor quality of the service and welcome.

23/09/2026: A big thank you to the staff for their warm welcome and excellent service. They are incredibly kind and friendly. The Indian food was delicious. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to have a great time and discover Indian culinary culture.

14/01/2026: A quiet Monday, gloomy but pleasant weather. I had a ribeye steak, butter 👍, and for dessert, profiteroles—so good! For a foodie like me, thank you for spoiling me 😉

07/01/2026: We came for a hot chocolate and had a wonderful time at M5. The team was fantastic, managing a fall outside while also assisting customers inside. They were incredibly friendly. The hot chocolate was indulgent and delicious! A huge thank you, with a special mention for Jay 😉

06/09/2026: I ordered a kebab by myself for €8.50, which was far too expensive for the portion size. You can get a decent-sized kebab at the port for €6.50.

01/09/2026: This place is unworthy of a grand location. I only came for a drink. The young woman serving at the bar was perfect. The 1-liter Evian was perfect, but the place is filthy, outdated, and lacks atmosphere. I regret stopping there.

22/08/2026: Welcome: quite warm. Cleanliness: dated appearance, lots of dust bunnies. The owner/cook smokes his vape pen in the establishment and next to the kitchen. Food: the crêpe batter is far from the standards of the best Breton crêperies. It has a pasty texture. The fillings in the galette are not high quality, seem to be the cheapest available, and some are even frozen. Price: more expensive than renowned Parisian crêperies (which, ironically, use high-quality Breton and Norman products). Only accepts cash (in 2026??). Conclusion: it's extremely rare that we're disappointed (that's an understatement) by an establishment rated 4.7 on Google. This establishment is very, very far from the standard of a 4.5+ rating.

20/08/2026: A loyal customer for a long time, Casa Pasta is, for me, one of the best pizza places! Located at Pont du Suve in the Palasse Vaux, you absolutely must try their pizzas. Excellent homemade sauce, fresh toppings, and believe me, generous portions!! All this with top-notch staff and delivery drivers! They're worth the trip!! Enjoy!

28/09/2026: I wish to inform you of a particularly serious incident that occurred today, September 25th. When I placed my order at the self-service kiosk, the machine did not print a receipt. I immediately reported this malfunction to your staff, and my tray was then served without any problem. It was at the end of my meal that the situation became unacceptable. Wanting to use the restroom, I noticed that an access code was required—a code normally printed on the receipt. I therefore spoke to an employee, who redirected me to the manager. Despite my repeated explanations about the lack of a receipt (due to a lack of paper in the kiosk, a problem I had previously reported), the manager categorically refused to give me the access code. She demanded that I provide her with the exact kiosk number in order to change the paper roll. It is unacceptable to make a customer bear the consequences of a technical malfunction at your establishment, just as it is abnormal to impose such a burden on them. This haughty attitude and lack of empathy from your manager are all the more shocking. Providing access to restrooms for a customer who has consumed food or drinks on the premises is a basic rule of hospitality and service. I ask you to firmly remind this manager of the fundamentals of customer service, respect, and management!

23/09/2026: The waiter was unfriendly and asked me to move tables while I was still ordering food so that foreign tourists could sit down, even though there were other tables available. Completely unprofessional

15/09/2026: While stopping by for a drink with friends, we also asked for a glass of water, to which the waitress replied that she was finishing what she was doing, "putting away salt and pepper shakers." We're still waiting...

07/10/2026: The staff is welcoming, the service is impeccable, both in terms of name and quality. As for the wait between orders, it's less than 5 minutes, stopwatch in hand, even during the lunch or dinner rush. If I have to give an honest opinion, this is an establishment that cares about its customers and the quality of its products.

30/09/2026: A very good experience. I spent two very enjoyable evenings there. The waitress, Camille, is very friendly and pleasant. If you're ever in the port of Toulon, don't hesitate!

08/09/2026: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. THE MEAT WAS OVERCOOKED. THE SAUCE WAS ABSOLUTELY NON-SENSE. There was absolutely NO SAUCE. For the price we paid, it's unacceptable. DO NOT GO THERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!
