26/07/2026: ****Restaurant to Avoid ***** My mother and I were given a Groupon voucher for this restaurant, which included unlimited appetizers and desserts, as well as a Lebanese specialty dish served at the table. Upon arrival, the parking lot was full of truckers. We were then greeted by a rather unfriendly man, which didn't exactly set a good first impression. We arrived around 7:20 p.m., and the appetizer buffet was already practically empty. The few remaining dishes hadn't been replenished. The butter was expired, which unfortunately foreshadowed the quality of the food served. For the main course, only two choices were offered (no Lebanese dishes were on the menu): * Flank steak and fries * Chicken and fries We ordered one of each. The flank steak was extremely tough, with a texture like chewing gum. Finally, the "all-you-can-eat" desserts were essentially limited to fruit, much of which was bruised. To finish, as we were leaving, the man who was both in charge of the kitchen and the service asked us if we were satisfied with the meal and if we had enjoyed it. He seemed surprised to see that we had mainly eaten the fries (which were, incidentally, frozen fries). He then asked me several times if I was going to leave a negative review regarding the service, which made me quite uncomfortable. A very disappointing experience from beginning to end. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment and I will not be returning.

02/05/2026: When I read some of the reviews, I wonder what they're after... I live in Sanary and for several years now, whenever I pass by Chez Pitchou, I stock up on brioches, olive oil bread, fougasse, and other bread... because I haven't found anything comparable anywhere else (in terms of quality and price). It may not be very busy, but it's a truly authentic, old-fashioned bakery with a real baker. As for the service, the people behind the counter, whether employees or the owner, are always very pleasant and friendly.

25/03/2026: Excellent value for money at this brasserie where the homemade food is delicious and the pastries are delectable. The service is pleasant and friendly. The terrace is sunny, but noisy due to its location on the boulevard. Perfect for a business lunch or when you want quick service with truly refined cuisine.

03/08/2026: We had some delicious croissants. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful. The gentleman who served us spoke Spanish and had lived in Barcelona. The terrace is in a small square with a lovely fountain. I highly recommend it.

15/08/2026: Hello. I've had two problems with parcels at this pickup point several times, and I haven't been able to collect them. This is the only time this problem has persisted. The bar leaves much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and the way they talk amongst themselves, from what little I saw. They should take children who don't want to do their schoolwork there to warn them about how they can end up doing it; it'll scare them!

You could put up a TV with the order numbers instead of having them waste time calling them out repeatedly; other McDonald's restaurants have this feature. The atmosphere among the employees is tense, which is understandable given the working conditions. The McDonald's is dirty, both in the restrooms and in the dining area. There's a lot of work to be done. And above all, think of your employees who are doing their best.

15/06/2026: This restaurant was awful! We waited an hour and fifteen minutes only to be served tasteless food; we had no idea what we were eating. The owner was drunk and staggering between the tables. Honestly, it was a disgrace! My best wishes to the servers who were on the front lines and who were genuinely sorry.
