08/05/2026: I used to eat at the Subway in Bollène with my father quite a while ago, and I never had any problems. Plus, it wasn't very busy, and it was pretty clean. We had no issues at all, and we enjoyed our meal. But I've just seen some comments and the Subway manager's responses, which I find rather aggressive towards some people who are complaining, and they have the right to complain. The goal isn't to please everyone, but to remain respectful. When I see how the manager of the Bollène Subway responds to some comments, I find it extremely shocking, especially when people are talking about unfriendly and unprofessional staff, or children being served or orders being handled incorrectly. I think it's basic courtesy to apologize without criticizing the person for expressing their opinion. It's up to you to pay attention to your customers, not the other way around. The customer is king, that's just how it is. I'm not saying that if customers... It's obviously disrespectful that you're not going to respect them in return, I totally understand, but I find the manager's responses to some comments quite aggressive and inappropriate in this kind of situation. 06/05/2026: Wow… masterclass in the worst 😡 Between prices that change faster than the weather and a manager as friendly as a rusty prison door, this is a new low. No explanations, just contempt as a substitute for anything else… it must be one of their house specialties… Talking to her is like asking a brick wall for politeness: pointless and frankly exhausting. 😪 Haughty, bitter, almost hostile… you get the feeling the problem isn't with the customers. And the high staff turnover? Surprising? Absolutely not. Given the toxic atmosphere, just getting through a day is an Olympic feat. In short, a place where you leave with a blurry bill and one very clear intention: never come back. Avoid the Subway in Bollène like a forgotten sandwich in the sun... PS: As for your comment about a "masterclass in nonsense"... it's rather amusing coming from a business that's accumulating such negative reviews... At some point, when so many customers point out the same problem, it's no longer "nonsense," it's simply a harsh reality. Perhaps it's time to consider a career change 😉 because, given the reception and customer feedback, it's quite worrying to leave a business in the hands of such a disrespectful person...😡

10/06/2026: Meh, most of the buffet was reheated, but otherwise the work was okay overall. The service at the buffet was lacking, and be very careful with the cashier taking orders; he doesn't know how to take them and can quickly change your bill. Luckily we made him repeat it, otherwise he would have added an extra drink for us.

05/06/2026: What a disgrace!!!!! We walked right in to a buffet at the entrance and thought it was odd; the hygiene wasn't great. There were two adults and two 18-month-old babies. They asked for our ID or family record book before anything else. Since we didn't have anything on us, they told us each had to pay €12 (expensive for a single fry and a piece of fish).

10/06/2026: First summer market in Bourg St Andeol, goat cheese and honey pizza: €15.50, tiny goat cheese log, unknown honey, tasteless crust, and a ridiculously small size. Moral of the story: they rip us off once, but never again. Avoid at all costs 😡😡

17/01/2026: 18 euros for a goat cheese and honey pizza plus a can of soda is madness! Plus, the pizza was worse than a frozen one, the cheese was poor quality and overused, it was indigestible and sickening, and the pizza was covered in oil. Disappointed, a bad experience; I won't be ordering from you again.
