04/06/2026: A wonderful discovery in the Vaucluse!
We had a romantic lunch on the terrace at Les Pins, and what a pleasant surprise! The menu successfully blends generosity and originality.
For starters, a creamy and fresh avocado salad, beautifully presented in a black stoneware bowl, enhanced with golden cherry tomatoes and shrimp—a light yet indulgent amuse-bouche.
The fisherman's stew was simply remarkable: a fragrant and generous broth, perfectly opened mussels, plump whole prawns, meltingly tender potatoes, and that gratinéed crouton floating on the surface... A seafood dish that evokes the flavors of the South, served with a smile.
The yakitori chicken also won us over: perfectly marinated and golden skewers, accompanied by stir-fried noodles with vegetables and candied cherry tomatoes—flavorful, generous, with that touch of umami we didn't expect to find in Bollène! The crème brûlée was also delicious.
The terrace setting is really lovely, the service attentive, and the portions are generous and satisfying. We'll gladly come back!

31/05/2026: A really lovely little hotel, very clean, tastefully decorated, not overpriced, and the staff were excellent 🤗👍🏻. The restaurant in the evening and the breakfast were also good 👍🏻. We were very pleasantly surprised and will definitely come back. We stopped there for one night.

07/06/2026: I stayed at this hotel-restaurant for two weeks for work and was completely satisfied with my stay.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very quiet, which is much appreciated after a long day. The swimming pool is a real bonus for relaxing and cooling off at the end of the day.
The food is flawless. The evening meals are excellent and varied: in two weeks, I never ate the same thing twice. The dishes are homemade, perfectly prepared, with a special mention for the fish and its accompanying vegetables, cooked with great flavor. The breakfasts are also very good and generous.
The welcome and service are impeccable: the entire team is warm, professional, and attentive.
I appreciate that the establishment accepts dogs, which is a real advantage. I will gladly return for a private stay to explore the region with my family.
An excellent place that I recommend without hesitation!

24/05/2026: The staff were very friendly, but the fries and hamburgers were served cold even though it was 12:30 pm. Some weren't cooked.
Some items were missing from the trays. Fortunately, the staff were quick to respond and cheerful.

04/06/2026: The meat was cooked poorly, blue instead of medium-rare…what a shame.
The lemon in the aperitif was slimy and undrinkable.
There was far too much sauce in the salmon tartare. We told the manager that the lemons are made fresh daily and that she disagreed!
It's a shame, because the young waitress was very kind and professional. €60 for leaving half the meal is outrageous.

22/05/2026: After having lunch at this restaurant on Tuesday, I've been bedridden for three days... The sushi wasn't fresh, but I had no idea it would make me so sick! Thank goodness for the antiparasitic medication!
Obviously, I don't recommend it unless you want to lose 3 kg in 3 days!
02/05/2026: I was looking for something with flavor, but I couldn't find anything, even though I tasted just about everything... I finally found something after drinking the water from the carafe, flavored with bleach (yum). Absolutely nothing is homemade, it's all factory-made, so ultimately, it's pointless...

10/06/2026: First summer market in Bourg St Andeol, goat cheese and honey pizza: €15.50, tiny goat cheese log, unknown honey, tasteless crust, and a ridiculously small size. Moral of the story: they rip us off once, but never again. Avoid at all costs 😡😡
17/01/2026: 18 euros for a goat cheese and honey pizza plus a can of soda is madness! Plus, the pizza was worse than a frozen one, the cheese was poor quality and overused, it was indigestible and sickening, and the pizza was covered in oil. Disappointed, a bad experience; I won't be ordering from you again.

27/01/2025: Well I reiterated my experience and how can I say that I am even more disappointed. I order on UberEat at 3 p.m., the order is taken but ultimately no delivery person is present to deliver my order and I am therefore forced to pick it up on site. The staff were really nice and understanding, no complaints there. However, when I got home to unpack my sandwiches, I realized again that I still didn't have any meat in my sandwiches, it turns out that a thin layer of meat was spread in them underneath raw vegetables. Even though I ordered a double portion of meat! This is unacceptable, it's really a scam, perhaps when you order on site the servers are generous with the quantities of meat but on the other hand when you order delivery it's not the same thing at all. As a reminder, I asked for a DOUBLE PORTION OF MEAT and the quantity of it does not even exceed that of the raw vegetables present inside the sandwiches, proof of which can be seen in the photo that I am attaching.
Anyway, I personally recommend not ordering delivery from them, they are messing with us.

07/06/2024: It was my first time going there and I loved it. The kitchen at the top. It was really good. The service is also top notch. The welcoming and smiling staff. I would definitely go back and recommend it. You can go there with your eyes closed 👍🏻

02/07/2024: Une étoile reste vraiment le minimum que l’on puisse donner à ce restaurant.. après avoir attendu près de 20 min pour récupérer notre commande il s’avère qu’il manque plusieurs produits et le mccrispy demandé avec 2 tranches de bacon supp (facturées 0.70 €) restent absentes ! Je déconseille ce restaurant et n’y remettrait plus jamais les pieds !
