12/07/2024: A treat, perfect welcome, excellent service, friendly and family atmosphere. All the dishes we tried were delicious. The decor and atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice. A pleasure to have lunch in a charming place like this. . The prices are reasonable, €14.50 for the macrobiotic dish of the day accompanied by a mixture of two whole grains, legumes, cooked vegetables, raw vegetables and a protein of your choice. It’s a great invitation to discover macrobiotic cuisine. Everything offered is milk-free, butter-free, egg-free and sugar-free. Very pleasant discussion with the owner at the end of the meal to add a touch of conviviality to our meal.

10/07/2024: While passing through Paris, I was recommended this restaurant. So I tested it and I can say that everything was perfect! The food is great, good value for money. The setting is very friendly and family-friendly. I in turn recommend this restaurant!!

04/09/2024: Intolerant to many foods (notably gluten and dairy products (not just lactose)), I carefully select the restaurants I go to. I was very pleasantly surprised by Namasthé de Montauban, which offers delicious dishes, cooked with fresh produce. The recipes are their invention and the balance of tastes delighted my taste buds. If you follow the advice, you can even enjoy a dessert that is not too sweet (I don't like sugar and it makes me feel good). My husband always says: except for those with allergies, if you can digest a dish, everyone can. I digest their dishes very well ☺️. The atmosphere is excellent and the welcome is most courteous and caring. Their little dog is so cute 😊.

04/09/2024: Whenever we travel we always want to support the fully vegan restaurants and this one was well worth it. Tucked away on a side street in beautiful Concarneau we arrived just after opening. The owner welcomed us and we ordered the lasagna, 2 different types of quiche and a salad. She said it would take a bit as she prepares all the food herself but it really didn’t take long. The food was spectacular and the owner is delightful. Cannot recommend enough! Even if you are not vegan or even vegetarian, this restaurant is worth the trip for the fantastic, fresh, and healthy food.

The service was impeccable, I came there for my birthday a few months ago and I was treated like a queen. The food is divine, the tiramisu is a must try! A beautiful place to celebrate a special occasion

28/09/2024: The menu has changed a lot. There’s not much variety on the menu. The food quality has definitely decreased from a few years back. I was very disappointed to come back and find out that the food and quality decreased so much.

03/09/2024: Labeled a country café for years, it is in a bucolic setting with a very pretty view of the village of Vieussan which lights up little by little during the evening that you can eat simple but seasonal, regional dishes. and very good. This café is run by the family and the atmosphere is warm. With a very large selection of beer and syrup, it can also be a refreshing stop after a swim in the Orb.

30/09/2024: Came for lunch, we were not disappointed! The quantity and quality of the products is there. For a dish each and a shared dessert, we got around forty euros. There are not many places in the establishment but there is a terrace overlooking the roundabout, which is rather quiet. The service is fast, perfect for lunch! We will come back!

05/11/2024: Always a good time to spend in this neighborhood bar. Cool and relaxing atmosphere. Consider taking advantage of World Tuesdays for different home cooking every time. A bar to recommend when hesitating to leave mainstream establishments. The terrace is pleasant as long as the temperatures are mild for those who are cold like me.

13/01/2025: Edit: Loss of a star because I just remembered that to book on the site you had to leave a bank imprint of €30 "to compensate for abusive cancellations" (or something like that). First time I've seen this in 35 years in Paris. Take this for what it is: a warning sign of an addition that is significantly out of step with the level of service delivered. Original comment: For us, it's no. Happy to see a vegan restaurant with a gastronomic bent, we let ourselves be tempted, despite a menu with prices that were a little high for us. What a disappointment unfortunately... First observation: it is cold in the restaurant, which is not very big. Nothing is more unpleasant than spending your meal shivering. Comfort is a criterion that seems crucial to us, especially when the menu displays these prices. The reception was cold, quite awkward. We were hoping for a somewhat proactive approach to explain the house cuisine (entirely vegan and raw) and the revisited typical dishes (bourguignon, falafel, etc.) but the only word before ordering will be "Do you have any questions?" Our only question about the name of the dish "Like a falafel" (what adaptation does that imply) gets the answer "It's the chef who chose this name" 🥲 Another example, an evening menu is offered. We are told that each starter, main course and dessert that makes it up is also available à la carte. When we ask the price of one of the entries, which is not displayed anywhere, we are told "Oh, not very expensive". Before our questioning looks, the price ended up being announced: 12 euros. As for the atmosphere, it's very calm, but more in the sense of "no atmosphere". A speaker softly plays jazz and bossa nova and we are afraid of speaking too loudly. Lighting and decoration were not given much attention. The seats are ok, nothing special to say about them. Finally, the toilets (yes, it's an important detail) have not received any special care. It's clean but not welcoming or comfortable, the sink is really tiny. We order two drinks, a juice extractor and a smoothie. The juice is served without hearing the extractor working, so it is not freshly extracted as we thought. Conversely, the operation of the blender to prepare the smoothie prevents almost all the tables from hearing each other and cuts off all conversations for a minute. It is nice to have “proximity” to the kitchen, that it is not “hidden” and that the people in the kitchen work comfortably. But this is where we see the limit of this type of configuration; there is still a lack of space that allows this type of preparation to be carried out without covering all the conversations. In terms of taste, the drinks were good, especially the smoothie (the extracted juice was quite ordinary). Our two starters, which three of us shared, were very good, but the quantities were very small (even for two it would have been light). Particularly the faux gras served with four very thin mini crackers. We ended up eating half of the fake fat on our own (we were afraid to ask for more since the extra bread for the "frawmage" was advertised at...€4) The dishes were good, the quantity light. The falafels are a little dry but very tasty and the accompanying salads are good. We also tasted the Burgundy. Average, nothing more, but not much of a Burgundian. Uninteresting textures, it was more salad of chopped raw vegetables in a slightly special sauce than anything else. I agree with a comment read here: we expected to have a little more to chew, since we are talking about a meat-based dish in its traditional version, and therefore a preparation based on seitan or tofu for example. But no. We stopped the charges here (figuratively and literally) and asked for the bill. 120 euros for three. For the level of service, it is far too expensive. We feel like we've been had.
