16/09/2025: Absolutely amazing – truly the best food I’ve had in a long time! I tried the vegetable gratin, beef, and pasta, and every dish was outstanding. To top it off, the waitress spoke excellent English, which made the experience even smoother

25/02/2026: Nice place, the andouillette was very good, as was the hamburger. However, I was very disappointed with the Black Forest cake, my favorite dessert; the cherries weren't the right ones, and there was no kirsch, which was bland.
22/02/2026: The service and food were excellent.
On the downside, a family with very young children was still eating at 9:30 PM, causing a commotion in the restaurant with their crying. We wanted to stay longer, but because of this, we left earlier.

15/02/2026: The stuffed cabbage with beetroot and mushroom consists of a poorly cooked cabbage leaf and a filling that, apparently, is very elaborate but tasteless: three pieces of beetroot, and I'm still searching for the mushroom flavor, all swimming in a pool of mustard and topped with very ordinary mashed potatoes, for €19. If you have money to burn, go for it!

03/02/2026: I met Jeremy at a company lunch. It was simply excellent! Everyone loved everything from the main course to dessert. Plus, he's super friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend him.
17/12/2025: Jeremy has a real talent for cooking at home. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the sauces flavorful, and the vegetables perfectly cooked. A huge thank you to Jeremy for this feast; we enjoyed it from beginning to end. I highly recommend him.

17/02/2026: I had a delicious pumpkin soup here, and the couscous with chicken was also wonderful!
It's a bit like a soup kitchen: you order at the bar, you're given an alarm, and when it goes off (which is pretty quick), you can pick up your food from the kitchen.
The place is nicely decorated with vintage furniture. They also offer electrical repairs.
15/02/2026: A unique space in a former train station with a vintage style. Stunning bay windows and abundant plants create a truly great atmosphere. Moreover, it's an eco-friendly, responsible space with high-quality products. The vibe is inclusive and youthful. It's also a great place to work, if you're not bothered by noise.

12/06/2024: A basic formula offered at €9.50 (green border). The additional ingredients (blue border) are arranged before. As a result we end up with a salad for €13.50 and the clear impression of having been cheated. Proposal to redo the salad.
12/03/2024: Excellent salad, very generous, tasty, and high-quality, with excellent value for money. What more could you ask for when it comes to eating healthy and taking care of yourself?
I totally recommend Mongoo.
P.S.: The team is very friendly.

28/10/2025: Strange experience.
Negative points: The owner was smoking a cigarette outside the table at 7:30 pm when we arrived. There were two forks instead of one and a knife on the table. The table next to us wasn't fully set. There were stains on the tablecloth on the side facing the customer. Only one red wine was available (due to a delivery issue...) and it was served cold because "it's just come from the cellar, you'll have to wait a bit"... (if there were no other wines, why wasn't it at least brought to room temperature beforehand??). The scallop risotto was underwhelming, far from being a risotto, with barely two scallops on the plate. The starter was a trio of foie gras, including pan-seared foie gras served on a chilled plate. There was a 30-minute wait between courses (and there were only six tables). The desserts were uninspired and expensive, especially for a mass-produced chocolate fondant (15 euros, just the Metro brand fondant, and a scoop of store-bought sorbet). The owner was smoking a cigarette at 8:50 pm (in the company of the chef, so it's no wonder we waited 30 minutes between courses), so we went outside to ask for the bill. I asked where the restrooms were, and the owner said, "Wait, I'll go check, I haven't had time to clean them," and flushed the toilet in front of me... no soap. That's outrageous.
Positive points: The welcome was still friendly. The food was well-prepared, the ingredients were good, but nothing was exceptional, even if the techniques and cooking methods were sound. For example, the scallop risotto was far from being a risotto, and inexplicably topped with the same garnish as all the other dishes (the same one I had on my tournedos Rossini): a mix of sautéed vegetables, including potatoes. About the risotto...
The place is quite unusual.
An experience costing 100 euros for two, but not worth it. A shame. 100 euros is a lot of money.
17/10/2025: Extremely good. Even at past midnight, you could eat. Lovely place. We were the only two that late night. Clear, cosy and romantic. Fresh products, nice attendance. Tasty. My girlfriend said orgasmic. Served by the Chef himself. Not as expensive as it should be. A place to recommend, no doubt.
