26/09/2024: For several years we have been coming to Clem every month for professional reasons and have had access to the meeting room. We have always been well received by efficient and lovely staff (former team)! And then this summer, we learned in the newspapers that there had been a change of ownership. No call to introduce yourself or explain to us that the card has changed and the prices too!! Well it happens during a launch but the apotheosis was at our last monthly meeting: nothing is done as we were used to (normally the old team is no longer there except an adorable waitress who does her best to manage the room without organization and with a certain pressure: we have heard and seen the behavior of the new boss several times: clearly lacking humility, kindness and HUMANITY I spoke to him on the phone and I have rarely felt so much contempt with a touch. Other people had the same feeling because they had to call and were able to tell him: but no professional or commercial reaction. We had extra dishes, missing dishes. Result I had to start my training with 30 minutes. late and once again, the boss did not deign to come and apologize or do anything!! On the other hand, he can be seen in the corridor and in the restaurant speaking loudly (upstairs in his office or in the dining room); discretion is an important point when looking to “raise prestige”). I will probably not return to Clem because what I need as a professional is a relationship of trust, respect, a lot of humanity, kindness and integrity. I don't find any of my values ​​with them and I'm sorry, especially for the old team which conveyed these values ​​and where we felt the good atmosphere between them. There is still one positive point: the food is good (now that doesn't transcend either, however the wallet feels good!!!)

01/10/2024: Vegetables not hot (warm) and of poor quality. Tasteless diced garlic in the beans, fries that have been bathed in oil for too long and therefore soaked in oil, that's not fries. It should be crispy yellow on the outside etc. The sauces are super bland and diluted, andouillette smaller than before and of poor quality (smells strong and just pre-cooked and warm. You should put them on the grill for a nice color and not served pink, yuck)

10/01/2025: Réveillon du 31/12/24 Soirée sympa, cependant je reste un peu déçu des prestations, franchement je m attendais à mieux. L entrée servi sur une planche en centre de table, pourquoi pas , mais pas de Petite assiette individuelle pour se servir et manger le foie gras...🫤 c'est un peu dommage... Et le Appenzeller coulant (fromage ) pas top pour moi , une portion de bon fromage aurait fait le job 😉. Merci

Thank you for the information, but when I tell her that I have just broken my nose at the bar to receive the package, she says to me: "Ah well, well normally, you should have received an SMS explaining to you that your package had just be removed from the bar." I'm sorry, but that wasn't the case. Basically, when it comes to receiving packages and communicating, we are obviously doing better than here. 14/08/2025: Absolutely Avoid – Bar Le Gambetta, La Roche-sur-Yon Unacceptable welcome. I order an orange juice on the terrace, ask to pay immediately, and am forced to go to the counter. Terrace service is supposed to be included. I'm disabled, have suitcases, and I also have to climb stairs: no consideration for the customers. The owner then leaves, aggressive, accusing me of having thrown a ticket on the ground when it had blown away in the wind, without me noticing. He is completely outside his authority to make this kind of "educational" remark, which can be very negatively perceived. You don't speak to a customer like that, especially when it comes to an unfounded accusation. Dirty table, cold welcome, awful owner. An establishment to avoid.

15/07/2024: Tellement déçue, tout est surgelé mais le pompon a été cette bouillie au goût d’eau servie en guise de tartare de bœuf traditionnel, aucune consistance en bouche et aucun goût de viande hors mis les condiments posés dessus. Je n’aime pas faire ce genre de chose mais j’ai dû renvoyer mon assiette et j’ai commandé une bronchette de poulet marinée sauce curry, seul le morceau au milieu n’était pas sec. La coupe de glace est cependant copieuse. Les serveurs en mode pilotage automatique, personne ne passe dans les rangs pour s’assurer que tout se passe bien, voir si les clients sont contents … A la caisse, au moment de payer, on vous tourne le dos alors qu’il n’y a personne … bref, ça casse pas 3 pattes et un canard tant par l’assiette que l’accueil et le service. Au bout du compte, c’est cher payé. Dommage quand on sait que c’est le seul endroit où s’assoir à table et le passage qu’il y a grâce à la galerie. Chacun son positionnement mais celui ci n’est pas gagnant au vu des innombrables commentaires négatifs. Je comprends mieux pourquoi pour y avoir fait ma propre expérience, ma propre opinion. Clairement, je n’y retournerai pas. Le rendu est plus catastrophique en vrai que ce qu’on voit sur les photos. Grande amatrice de tartare, on n’avait jamais osé m’apporter ce genre de plat infâme. 27,40€ un Perrier tranche, une petite brochette de poulet au curry sèche et une coupe de glace, surgelé et insipide. Hâte de voir comment ils réussiront à se remettre en question (ou pas) lorsque la nouvelle galerie apportera son vent de fraîcheur avec d’autres pôles restauration. A bon entendeur.
