Les meilleurs restaurants en La Roche-Sur-Yon

24/09/2025: Simply, you have to tell them when you don't want to be rushed, but the staff are very nice.

17/09/2025: Hello, Could you please train your waitress to greet customers with a friendly "hello"? Even though there are only a few days left before the restaurant closes. Also, the server didn't offer us a choice of pizza sizes, so we ended up paying more.

06/09/2026: Nice little restaurant. The terrace is pleasant, the dishes are generous and tasty, all served on beautiful plates. Only the bread is average.

01/09/2026: What a lovely discovery! A small restaurant that my cousin and her husband introduced us to. A small menu… but everything was fresh and delicious. The fish dish was exquisite, and those who opted for meat were delighted. And what can I say about the French toast… sensational! In short, a great place to remember!

06/09/2026: We were very disappointed with this evening. We won't even mention the Malagasy cuisine because we didn't get to taste it. The sausage and fries were decent enough, but the Malagasy cake was inedible due to its bitterness... Was it even still good? The reason? You're supposed to add orange to remove the bitterness... but we didn't have any... The price, however, remains unchanged: over 7 euros for dessert... The samosas were very average and very, very small... a pitcher of wine... The bill was hard to swallow considering the quality of what was offered... We won't be back... That's for sure...

15/08/2026: A true gem! I discovered this restaurant today and I'm absolutely thrilled. The owner is lovely, welcoming, and above all, incredibly talented in the kitchen. I highly recommend this place, both for the quality of the food and the warm welcome. A must-try! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Can't wait to go back!!

16/09/2026: I've been here three times with my 5-year-old son, and the quality of the food is truly excellent. The cold starters were quite good, and the main courses were fantastic! The only slight downside was the desserts. The waitress was friendly and very professional. The owner was welcoming. I highly recommend it.

16/09/2026: Lunch at 12:45 pm: only one of the three dishes available. Very noisy and hectic working-class restaurant; the waitress was rushed.

13/09/2026: I had a salad with the buratta and it was the best salad ever thank you.

12/09/2026: Nice for a drink on the terrace in Place Napoléon. As for food, the dishes look frozen and quite basic.

25/06/2026: Very good. Home-style cooking. Pleasant and friendly staff.

10/06/2026: This place reminds me of my youth, the old bar, just as it was... Authentic, simple, and very good food... Unbeatable value for money, warm welcome... I highly recommend it.

06/08/2026: Choice and quality at a very reasonable price

30/06/2026: Fantastic, fantastic food! Super friendly and competent staff, clean place, a superb terrace awaits you for a delicious meal, all for a great price! A haven of peace, good food, and kindness in this harsh world. I recommend this place to all food lovers and gourmets who want to eat in peace and be served by wonderful waiters and waitresses. Thank you to them for this wonderful experience. Marguerite and Nicolas

08/08/2026: The owners are very pleasant to customers.

25/04/2026: Great bar, regulars and top-notch managers!

23/09/2026: I went on September 22nd, 2026, around 9:15 PM. After a 7-hour exam, nothing beats a good Subway! 😁 And what could be better than being greeted with a smile despite my late arrival? 🙂 A fantastic team, a really generous sandwich... I'll definitely be back! 😁

18/09/2026: Visited on July 18th at 8:30 PM. The atmosphere, service, and food were incredible; I had a wonderful time with the staff. I highly recommend this magical place.

11/09/2026: The beurre blanc was a disaster, a tasteless liquid. The port sauce was disgusting.

03/09/2026: Great team. Amazing atmosphere. A good selection, I recommend it.

27/06/2026: A great little Tex-Mex restaurant. The dishes are named accurately and you get your money's worth. The portions are generous (we opted for the Fiesta Laredo and weren't disappointed, both in terms of quality and quantity). The pasta dishes chosen by other members of our table were also a hit. Despite a large number of tables for a weekday lunchtime, the service was quick and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which was much appreciated. It's a shame it's closing permanently tonight. We came to enjoy it one last time at lunchtime, and it was definitely worth the money; the service was, as always, excellent.

18/06/2026: Très bon accueil et 🍸 cocktails 🍹 au top 👌

22/05/2026: A great place to visit specifically for families and corporate gatherings, with a memorable experience. *****

21/03/2026: Excellent restaurant! The atmosphere is very pleasant, the service is fantastic and very friendly, and the dishes are delicious and generous. We will gladly return!

06/04/2026: The waiter was very unpleasant; we left without ordering anything.

31/03/2026: Thanks Lucas for your great cocktails, I highly recommend them

01/03/2026: Booked last week, but the restaurant was closed when we arrived. It was a real hassle to find another one on Sunday. Thanks for ruining my birthday!

01/03/2026: A very warm welcome. Smiling and competent staff. We came for a family meal, and all the dishes were very good. The ribeye steak (for two) was delicious, and it was a very pleasant surprise to discover an original dish: crispy duck (shredded duck in a filo pastry), which was very delicate. Finally, the desserts were a hit: the surprising limoncello baba and the EXCEPTIONAL pistachio fondant. We will definitely be back. WE RETURNED in March 2026 after booking on the restaurant's website. What a nasty surprise to see it PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!!!! What a lack of respect for customers! Block your website, or at least block the booking button.

10/08/2026: An excellent restaurant in La Roche-sur-Yon! The quality of the ingredients is truly outstanding, the food is delicious, and we enjoy every visit. The waiters and waitresses are very pleasant, welcoming, and always smiling. It's clearly one of the best Japanese restaurants in La Roche-sur-Yon. I particularly appreciate the fact that there are regularly new dishes and things to discover, which always makes me want to come back. A very good place that I recommend without hesitation! 👌🍱

05/08/2026: We were just passing through town and had a craving for Japanese food when we walked past. The price has absolutely nothing to do with the quality. It's way too expensive for what's on the plate. For Japanophiles like us, it's a "Come Dine With Me" experience that turned into a nightmare. The taste just wasn't there. Our big mistake was not checking beforehand. The owners aren't Japanese, and it shows. In the end, it's just a completely failed attempt at a "Come Dine With Me" experience.
