04/02/2026: We went for lunch with friends. The welcome was warm, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The food was delicious and plentiful. Excellent value for money. My wife, who uses a wheelchair, had easy access to the restaurant. The seating was adapted for wheelchair users. The restrooms are accessible. The appetizer and dessert buffet is located in a room accessed by two small steps. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

15/02/2026: It's best to avoid making a reservation, as the service for the starters and main courses took over an hour and a half. The food was quite good, although the beetroot cream was too salty, the tuna tataki was overcooked, and the veal tartare accompaniment was cold. It's a shame because the dishes were very nicely presented. I knew Le P'tit Marais a few years ago, and it's nothing like the food they have today. €72 for two starters and main courses (€29 without dessert, which is outrageous) plus a syrup, a glass of wine, and two espressos: too expensive for the quality and location. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore...

27/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, surely the best in La Roche-sur-Yon, at least for Japanese food. It goes beyond the typical Japanese restaurant experience with its cuisine that blends distinctly French and Japanese ingredients (like the miso and watercress soup). The service is also excellent; it's always a real pleasure.

26/02/2026: Without a doubt, my favorite Japanese restaurant in La Roche-sur-Yon. It goes beyond the usual sushi and skewers and offers a few slightly different dishes if that's what you're looking for. Personally, I stick to the salmon sashimi, which is always delicious. A bit pricey, but worth it. It also has the advantage of being right next to the train station and is therefore easily accessible by public transport.

28/03/2026: Very disappointed with the restaurant; it used to be much better. I ordered tapas that I think were frozen and not good. A decline; it was better before.

27/03/2026: Everything was perfect! 👍 The waitresses were super friendly, the service was fast, and it was a Tuesday evening for my birthday! I even got little candles! The food for the kids was great too! I highly recommend it! Thanks to the amazing team! 👍

13/02/2026: The Hotel Marie Stuart in La Roche-sur-Yon is fantastic, with a superb restaurant where the chef even grills your food right in front of you. The staff are welcoming and dynamic. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic hotel and restaurant.

27/03/2026: Two completely unprofessional saleswomen who prioritized personal conversations over their work, offered a very late greeting, and, worst of all, criticized their colleagues in front of customers. It was extremely unpleasant and gave the store a very bad image.

24/02/2026: I ordered a chicken burger with sauce for takeaway delivery, but they put a chicken with mustard sauce in my bag, even though I am allergic. Luckily, I noticed before I had a reaction. This is unprofessional; you don't think about the consequences that a food allergy can have.

14/12/2024: We had reservations for dinner after a show, as agreed with the establishment, notifying them of our arrival at the end of the evening. However, to our great surprise, when we called them to confirm our arrival, they informed us that the service was over because the cooks were stopping their activity. This is a very disappointing experience: why accept a reservation if you cannot honor it? This clearly lacks professionalism and consideration for customers. We do not recommend this place for a serious organization.

25/01/2026: Unacceptable, avoid at all costs! I placed an order on the app, requested extras which I PAID for, and when I received my pizza, they had the nerve to tell me I hadn't requested any extras. And when I went back to the Domino's store in La Roche-sur-Yon, they still had the nerve to tell me they didn't have time to remake my pizza. Listen to me, I work in the restaurant industry, and what's more, in a pizzeria that sees a lot of customers, between 350 and 400 covers a day and up to 500 on Saturdays. So, naturally, as soon as a customer has a problem with their pizza, even if my pizza chefs don't have time to remake it, they still take the time and remake it to meet the customer's request. And all they offered me was a can of soda. So frankly, this is and will be the last time I order from them.

11/03/2026: I occasionally have lunch at this restaurant, but my last visit definitely put me off. The waiter presented me with the daily special, listed at €15, then immediately switched to mentioning a ribeye steak—without specifying that the price was different. Logically, I assumed it was the same price, since no distinction was made. When it came time to pay, I was surprised: the ribeye steak appeared at €25. The waitress apologized, but offered no discount. The waiter then returned to us with a rather disdainful tone, stating that a €15 ribeye steak "doesn't exist." What should exist, however, is transparency. I left with the feeling that I had simply been ripped off. It's a shame, because a simple effort at communication would have prevented this situation.

16/03/2026: On the evening of Saturday, March 14th, we had the best night of our lives with our girlfriends at McDonald's, and it was made even better thanks to a worker, Adam K, who made us laugh so much and had a great time at McDonald's. He deserves recognition!
