22/09/2024: I'm not used to this type of restaurant but I have to admit that it's a very practical alternative when you're on the road and don't want to waste too much time. For the kitchen I'm not going to elaborate because well... 🙄 On the other hand, when we arrived at the drive-thru the young girl who took our order was very friendly and pleasant. We also found it a little further away, at the time of payment...and a little further away, when taking possession of our order... You might think it's an average bar, good atmosphere, football on TV, friendly manager, attractive prices for beers. Notice to adventurers: (supporting photo) It is physically possible to make a featuring in the toilets (urinal + toilets + 3m2 to move around). People who want to go to the toilet in groups have come across the right institution. It feels like home. A goodbye from here and there…

17/12/2024: Never got my order after an hour I had to leave sadly

17/12/2024: Customer satisfaction is clearly not their priority. Second time I place my order after 11 p.m. The first in drive and the second in click&collect. You should know that there is no place or terminal for C&C. You must scan the QR code to start preparing the order. Either at the restaurant terminal or at the drive-thru. Being 11 p.m. the restaurant is closed. Forced to queue at the drive-thru. Obviously you only have this information when you have paid for your order. The C&C is therefore of no use in this restaurant. You have to go through the drive to scan the QR code to start the preparation. More than 15 minutes of waiting before a team member answers the terminal. There were 4 cars on the entire drive. While waiting at the drive-thru, the team members who are supposed to be on duty will open the door to debauched colleagues to give them their order while there are others inside who have finished their shift and are eating. Forced to knock on the door to show my displeasure and for orders to be taken. I worked in fast food, I know how tiring it can be and how rude the customers can be. We have always put customers before debauched colleagues or even before cleaning the room. No excuse for the wait. The teammate's only explanation: understaffing. It costs nothing to explain to customers before they are unhappy, that they are in emotional distress. And that's why there is so much waiting. Did not respond to the comment saying that you will improve on the next visit. When I see all the negative reviews and no change it saddens me. It would surely be more judicious to take into account the comments and improve the quality of services instead of responding and not changing anything.

03/09/2024: Passing through the drive, spilled drinks in the bag, unfinished hamburgers, cold fries... In short.... 50 euros for 4 people lost...

02/09/2024: Nous avons attendu 45 minutes hier soir à 20h30 au drive pour être servis et récupérer notre commande qui, comme d’habitude était incomplète, malgré la confirmation de l’hôtesse lors de la commande. Le sundae caramel Commandé A été bu à la paille, car il était complètement décongelé et le caramel quasi inexistant…!!! Nous sommes définitivement « vaccinés » pour ne plus jamais revenir dans cette enseigne

04/09/2024: Tray of industrial meat for tartare... it's not worthy of a restaurant. No work in the kitchen yet a steak tartare is not complicated. Same thing for the service, unfriendly and not even bread at the table
