19/07/2026: The crust on every pizza was bad and the toppings were sparse. The worst pizza crust was definitely the one with cheese in it... and the cheese had no flavor! Only the four-cheese pizza was passable! The fried chicken would have been better from a supermarket, and the chicken nuggets were the same... 50 euros for an order... ouch! I should have read the reviews, sniff...

26/06/2026: I ordered two pizzas through Uber Eats. They arrived piping hot, but unfortunately, this in no way compensated for their disastrous quality. The dough was clearly undercooked, extremely difficult to cut, and had a strong aftertaste of alcohol, a sign of poorly controlled or excessive fermentation. The result was simply inedible. Both pizzas ended up in the trash, as I had no desire to risk my health by consuming such a mediocre product. I called your establishment to report the problem. The person who answered simply stated that a colleague had prepared the pizzas and had followed the cooking time instructions. This colleague then took the phone and spoke to me in a particularly unpleasant manner, trying to convince me that a barely cooked crust was "normal." When I asked to speak to a manager, he told me that he himself was the manager. The most shocking thing is that I clearly heard one of them accuse me of trying to get free food. A completely inappropriate and disrespectful accusation. Instead of listening to a dissatisfied customer and trying to find a solution, you chose to be mocking, question my word, and then hang up on me. This experience is unacceptable, both in terms of the quality of the food and the behavior of your staff. A kitchen mistake can happen, but treating a customer with such contempt and bad faith is inadmissible.

28/09/2025: Order placed at opening time, order received 2.5 hours later. This happens regularly at this establishment, and it's always the same excuse: "We're short a delivery driver, he didn't show up." It's unacceptable.
