06/04/2024: The €39 menu is very limited in quantity and everything is very tasteless.
02/04/2024: Bitter taste: given the standing displayed we expected another service. No tablecloth on the table, quick and very simple service. Barely clean table. And above all: the quantity served is minimal! It’s a shame to serve so little in quantity, under the pretext of serving refined cuisine! On Easter Sunday, we ordered a leg of lamb: a 3 cm piece that had to be gnawed between the bones for €32! This is simply theft. The dessert was a little better served, but nothing crazy in terms of flavor. Very disappointed.

04/04/2024: We come for fast food not for food in this kind of place. Other than that, no gap in this place, fast service on the day of my order <5mins.
Last point, I take takeaway in this one because the tables tend to stay dirty for a long time

27/04/2024: The meal is very good but not much on the plate I was hungry when I left and again I ate quite a bit of bread… Also too much waiting between each course… wine wise the 1st price syrah is really not great for the price (33€ per bottle we would like to have something better for that price). In short, the service is good, the food is good but 3 times nothing to eat and much too long 2 hours for starter-main course, half-hearted experience
26/04/2024: Always a pleasure to share a meal at Essentiel SPC. Refined and sought-after dishes. Always well advised, I have a good time there but ultimately I don't go there often enough... 😓😅
Don't hesitate, it will be a good choice.

22/02/2024: Good quality bakery and friendly and accommodating saleswoman. But we absolutely must stop using wrapping paper as a support for change and not leave it within the reach of customers who place their belongings on it and can touch it or spit on it.
Too bad the bakery closes at 2 p.m....

05/05/2024: Good food in Poitiers. Slight downside on the dessert “meter of crème brulée” initially announced with a verrine containing an orange/cardamom mixture… which ultimately never saw the light of day 🫤
04/05/2024: Very nice little restaurant found by chance on the internet not far from the cathedral. I chose very well. Bravo to the chef and the service. Excellent meal.

A daily special to choose from among a large number. Tender and tasty meat, a treat for seniors...
Very complete cheese and dessert buffets.
It remains to taste the prime rib and the seafood platter and the Burgers.
Excellent value for money, even with the wines.
