The cuisine is sublime, with flavorful and creative dishes, and the service is attentive and warm. A real gem of a restaurant that richly deserves its 5 stars. Absolutely not to be missed!

14/04/2026: Amazing service and atmosphere. We ate here in the afternoon and it was extremely cheap for the portions we got. The food was not spectacular but still a very nice place to go and eat bistro food.

The manager is very pleasant.
I highly recommend it.
09/04/2026: I went to Le Montagnard for my son's wedding anniversary this evening. We were warmly welcomed by the very friendly waiter who explained all the options clearly. We ordered a raclette for three and my husband had a pierrade. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end; the food was delicious, and my husband's meat was incredibly tender. It was my first time there, but I will definitely go back. I highly recommend this establishment; the food is fantastic.

20/04/2026: Passing through Poitiers for the day, we stumbled upon this place by chance. It was a very pleasant surprise; we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Our daughter, who usually eats very little, finished her plate and even had dessert. The place is also lovely for relaxing. The welcome was very warm.
If we ever find ourselves back in Poitiers, we will definitely return with pleasure 🙂

My order arrived with one thing missing (no cheese on the pizza 🍕). However, I especially want to thank Merouane who immediately offered to remake the pizza for me free of charge after I called!

18/04/2026: We ate at La Serrurerie, and it was excellent, both the starters and the main courses. The waiter, Noah, was very friendly, smiling, and kind; it makes you want to come back for another delicious meal.
18/04/2026: While out in Poitiers, we stopped at this restaurant on the recommendation of our children.
It's an unusual place with a vintage-industrial style decor.
The food is excellent and very reasonably priced, and the staff is very attentive.
We were very satisfied and will gladly return.
