19/06/2025: The owner was very rude to his customers, refusing to accept credit card payments for €2.50, and I quote, "even less if it was for the Euro Millions." A very bad start! Too bad we can't give 0 stars!

12/06/2025: Very unpleasant experience. The manager was extremely rude, bordering on aggressive, for no reason. A 30-year-old adult was simply looking at an item, without disturbing anyone, and she refused to serve another customer until the item was replaced. A completely inappropriate attitude, no sense of service. I do not recommend this business at all.

17/08/2024: What a disappointment! Passing through Poitiers, the well-known brand and the name of P Etchebest attracts us to the terrace. The waitress is pleasant but that won't be enough: - no side of beef in this restaurant, even though it is the brand's flagship product, because the Management no longer makes it (probably not enough throughput...) - we opt for burger, beef and salmon tartare: these 3 dishes arrive so sadly placed in the center of a plate without any decoration (we taste first by the visual: failure!). - the steak of the requested blue burger is served cooked through: this is the case for all ground steaks (probably frozen, or of mediocre quality?) - the beef tartare is of no particular interest, the salmon tartare is seasoned with a very mustardy sauce: no more salmon taste… In short, disappointed We won't go back

06/08/2024: Excellent. Simple and excellent cuisine. Delicious salmon escalope. Children's dishes: Small, excellent pre-cut piece of beef. It's a change from the eternal nuggets that we can no longer eat. Super friendly staff. Very pleasant setting. In short, we had a great time

07/09/2024: “The habit does not make the monk” “A Little Something Extra” (not the movie… lol) Make no mistake, the Istanbul storefront is just the hidden side of the iceberg. You might think it's an average bar, good atmosphere, football on TV, friendly manager, attractive prices for beers. Notice to adventurers: (supporting photo) It is physically possible to make a featuring in the toilets (urinal + toilets + 3m2 to move around). People who want to go to the toilet in groups have come across the right institution. It feels like home. A goodbye from here and there…

17/12/2024: Customer satisfaction is clearly not their priority. Second time I place my order after 11 p.m. The first in drive and the second in click&collect. You should know that there is no place or terminal for C&C. You must scan the QR code to start preparing the order. Either at the restaurant terminal or at the drive-thru. Being 11 p.m. the restaurant is closed. Forced to queue at the drive-thru. Obviously you only have this information when you have paid for your order. The C&C is therefore of no use in this restaurant. You have to go through the drive to scan the QR code to start the preparation. More than 15 minutes of waiting before a team member answers the terminal. There were 4 cars on the entire drive. While waiting at the drive-thru, the team members who are supposed to be on duty will open the door to debauched colleagues to give them their order while there are others inside who have finished their shift and are eating. Forced to knock on the door to show my displeasure and for orders to be taken. I worked in fast food, I know how tiring it can be and how rude the customers can be. We have always put customers before debauched colleagues or even before cleaning the room. No excuse for the wait. The teammate's only explanation: understaffing. It costs nothing to explain to customers before they are unhappy, that they are in emotional distress. And that's why there is so much waiting. Did not respond to the comment saying that you will improve on the next visit. When I see all the negative reviews and no change it saddens me. It would surely be more judicious to take into account the comments and improve the quality of services instead of responding and not changing anything.

02/07/2025: For €17, you'll get 90% greasy brioche and 10% filling, which is mostly cheese, regardless of the version you choose. Pizza, no, but a joke.

05/06/2025: Pizza Hut, in 2020 you committed to following the European Chicken Commitment criteria for your chicken supplies. Since then, there has been no publication of your progress or traceability of this commitment on your website. When do you plan to clarify the situation? Respecting your commitments to consumers is important.

15/12/2024: De passage à Poitiers et j'ai pris un Mcfish ... avec un vieux poisson pané repasser à la friture pour resservir au client ... c'est une honte !! Je ne comprends pas que le service client de McDo France ne fait rien malgré les mauvaises notes concernant l'établissement !

12/12/2024: Le service long, manque d'énergie et de politesse. Attendre 40 minutes pour un "Fast food" avoir 2 plateau pour une même commande avec 5 minutes d'intervalle. Froid ... Le troisième plateau n'est toujours pas rendu ...

25/09/2024: Et voilà encore une fois 30 mn d attente pour la prise de commande et 10 mn d attente pour avoir la commande non complète encore une je suis déçue ….

My brother in law ordered vegetarian meal, to end up waiting 40 mins for food, and for him to get a chicken and bacon wrap, I tried to get him to go up and complain, but he didn't hence why am leaving this, service was shocking only caring abt online delivery's
