01/03/2024: I discovered this Vietnamese shop a stone's throw from my work, in a quiet street in the 10th arrondissement. The place is really nice, full of colors and authentic. I really liked the food, no doubt that everything is homemade. I enjoyed a banh mi and a delicious one. Sorin roll. No doubt I will return with pleasure. Also to see the very friendly owner again. Thank you for this moment!

02/04/2024: This restaurant is in the top 3 restaurants that I recommend in Paris. The food is delicious, the prices more than reasonable and the setting super nice. It’s an institution that everyone in the neighborhood can recommend.
The bobun and the best I have ever cost, and never equaled!

22/02/2024: We came for dinner Wednesday evening.
This is the first time we’ve eaten real homemade spring rolls! (As evidenced by the photos). The rice paper was not sticky between the teeth. You can go there with your eyes closed. We had a portion of spring rolls, then finally a second (there were 2 of us).
We then continued with 2 pho which were very good, the broth was not too strong. The beef was very tender, a treat (well, the photo was overlooked..).
We tested around 15 Vietnamese restaurants and this one is excellent.
The manager is welcoming and smiling, we will definitely come back!
Very nice discovery.
The price is very affordable too!

It really pleased my taste buds.
Better than a buffet.
The boss is very pleasant and very kind.

05/04/2024: 8€ per banh-mi, we demand quality for this price compared to those of the 13TH or Belleville for 3.5€. We're not there unfortunately... Small portion, not even 20cm when we're normally around 25-30cm, very little carrot, even less turnip...

05/04/2024: I have been working at the Xinh Xinh restaurant for 10 years and the meals are always of very good quality, as are the ingredients freshly chosen by the restaurant managers.
The atmosphere is pleasant and we are very well received.
We are served with joy and good humor and with respect by the very owners of the restaurant.
I strongly advise you to come and discover this beautiful social atmosphere.
I take my hat off to them for having this rigorous side. After 10 years of attendance, thank you to the whole team, you are truly catering experts!

20/03/2024: Really delicious. My order was completely prepared on the minute. Fresh and tasty products! The steams were more than incredible, I have rarely eaten such good ones (shrimp ravioli and Vietnamese pancakes). Fresh spring rolls. I didn't have the chance to taste the bubble tea but I would come back to do so.

Very average welcome, not smiling, the bare minimum.
The sandwich is small, not filled enough and above all it was served to me cold.
The lady prepared it for me in 30 seconds flat, I found it fishy (so cold)
I have eaten much better ones.
To avoid
I wanted to point out that I had stopped by a few days before at 3:45 p.m. to eat a sandwich, I was told that they were no longer serving at this time, even though it closes at 4:30 p.m.

05/04/2024: The woman who was serving me and my boyfriend was the absolute sweetest person. She was so kind and did her best to help us although we don’t speak French and only English. The food was amazing and very flavorful and I would like to come back again
05/04/2024: Despite the unassuming storefront and basic interior, this is one of the best pho in downtown Paris. Authentic noodles, with hearty soup, soft beef slices and beef balls. They also serve other Chinese dishes which is quite popular for non Asians, but the pho is the must-try. You can ask for additional cut chili padi which satisfies our craving after series of European food
