26/01/2026: I made a reservation on the website and specified that I wanted a vegetarian option. Upon arrival, the server confirmed that it was available. My partner was served amuse-bouches containing meat, but nothing was prepared for me. I remarked to the waitress, "But you're not going to eat them anyway," even though I had paid for them. It's unthinkable in 2026 to treat vegetarians this way. The dishes were generally good but arrived lukewarm, sometimes even cold. The service was extremely disappointing. The wine selection was systematically served after the plates, sometimes even when they were almost empty. The ventilation system didn't seem to be working; a cloud of cooking fumes permeated the entire dining area where we were seated. I have the impression of a fine-dining restaurant on the surface, and within my budget, but it's ultimately just smoke and mirrors.

01/01/2026: We enjoyed the New Year's Eve package here, the Sylvester menu. It was a wonderful and especially delicious experience. The decor was very festive. The dishes were delicious, with beautifully presented flavor combinations, paired with excellent wines. Hats off to the entire Anico team. Thank you.

19/02/2026: We had a lovely time at this inn, a great find in the Vosges! The road to the inn is a bit challenging, but the effort is well worth it. The food is delicious, generous, and excellent value for money! The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely be back!

19/02/2026: We went there for lunch today. Very welcoming staff, excellent meal, and a beautiful chalet. The menus are varied and good value for money.

04/11/2025: We discovered this restaurant in 2022, and when we returned this year, we made sure to book in advance because it's very popular, and for good reason: the food is excellent, both the pizzas and the generous salads. The setting is magnificent, with a lovely aquarium that attracts both children and adults. I didn't take any pictures of our meals; I simply didn't think of it 😅

19/02/2026: Excellent restaurant with very friendly and welcoming waiters/waitresses. We ordered the raclette for four people plus a starter (it was a very generous portion). I highly recommend it!

08/12/2024: A lovely address, with a courageous young couple, who, I would like to point out, only run this restaurant with 2 people! Monsieur offers us his original, sought-after cuisine, concocted with a lot of passion! You can feel it on every plate! Out of the ordinary flavor combinations. Madame is attentive, gentle, smiling, welcoming,....The service is perfect! I warmly congratulate them! In respect of their customers, they have chosen to limit the number of place settings, in order to offer quality on the plate and in the service. Which has become rare now in restaurants! Keep it up! 08/12/2024: An extraordinary discovery, the cuisine is fine and full of flavors, inventive, surprising. It’s the kind of table that makes you want to travel miles just to return. The setting is very warm and the menu price is more than reasonable for the quality and finesse of the dishes. Big plus for the vegetarian options as elaborate as the other dishes. We will come back and recommend!

17/01/2026: Excellent restaurant, great meal eaten in, and they offer steak and fries for children at a very reasonable price. The waitress/manager was very friendly and smiling. I highly recommend this restaurant, which truly reflects the quantity and quality of a top-notch establishment! Thank you. PS: For parents with children, there's absolutely no problem, even for children under three years old, contrary to what I've read. Remember to make a reservation :)

21/09/2024: Wow, I just tasted the profiteroles and the Mirabelle couple at La Passerelle, this family restaurant in La Bresse in the Vosges. It was crazy good! Profiteroles, how can I put it... the dough is crispy on the outside but super soft on the inside. They're filled with creamy cream, and there's a layer of chocolate on top with just the right amount of sweetness. Every bite makes you want more! And then the Mirabelle plum pairing, oh my... The Mirabelle plums are fresh, a perfect mix of sweet and sour. It goes really well with the soft cake. The presentation is also super pretty, like a work of art on the plate. In short, the two desserts make the taste buds dance! The chef at La Passerelle is really talented. I have to go back one of these four, I want to try the other dishes. I seriously recommend it for those passing through the Vosges!
