16/03/2026: After booking by phone on Saturday and asking for details of the €65 set menu (starter + main course + dessert), without mentioning the extra charges for certain dishes, I made a reservation for two people. When I arrived at the restaurant on Sunday at lunchtime, the menu had been expanded with additional charges. So I decided to choose the €120 set menu, again requesting a list of the dishes, and there was a big surprise: the seven courses (not to be confused with seven individual courses) were all simple dishes from the regular menu. The restaurant made no effort to explain, so we left. What a shame for this establishment...

21/02/2026: I used to enjoy coming to this place until, at the time of payment, the manager decided to berate one of his employees in front of me, yelling things like "shut your mouth" and "shut up." I understand that sometimes you have problems with your employees and that it's difficult to manage, but I find it extremely shocking to lose your temper in front of your staff and customers and insult your team. The employee remained very professional. I pointed out that it was shocking to speak like that, and the manager then decided, quite rightly, to bark at me as well. I am therefore taking the liberty of expressing my dissatisfaction with this establishment, which I will never return to.

25/11/2025: Permanently closed. We made a reservation by phone for a large table on Saturday, November 22nd at 12:30 PM. It's closed. A passerby who works at the town hall said the restaurant is permanently closed.

12/11/2025: I used to go to Fuxia, but the quality is no longer there. The menu is now very limited compared to before, and the service and atmosphere are barely acceptable—the spirit of the old Italian restaurant is gone. The cleanliness also leaves much to be desired. It's a shame, the place had so much potential.

17/10/2025: Excellent welcome! The staff is attentive, very caring and helpful. The place is clean, neat, and really welcoming. Big plus: the possibility of cutting a menu in two for children, super practical for sharing. The products are fresh, tasty, and generously served. Special mention for the little touches: the children leave with a lollipop, and there is a cozy room in the basement. A real favorite for a gourmet family break!

03/03/2026: We went to Soprano in Saint-Germain-en-Laye at 12:15 today. We had two cocktails, which were very good with green olives, followed by two calzones, which were perfect. I had a caramel Liégeois, which was very good, and my mother had a coffee. The waiter we had was very nice. We went a day early because I use a wheelchair, to check if it was accessible. We folded the wheelchair so I wouldn't be inconvenienced. The decor was nice. We had a good time at your Soprano pizzeria in Saint-Germain-en-Laye. 👍👍🙏🙏🙏

04/02/2026: I ordered Subway twice through Deliveroo, and both experiences were terrible. The first time, my order was switched with someone else's. The second time, I received expired, inedible fries. This is unacceptable, especially for a restaurant of this chain. There's a lack of professionalism, hygiene issues, and no order verification. I'm very disappointed and I don't recommend them.

07/12/2025: Great place! I highly recommend it. I booked the upstairs space for a going-away party. It was really lovely, the upstairs area is very cozy. It feels a bit like a room at home when you don't have room for a large gathering. The welcome was also fantastic, with excellent service. 04/02/2026: The crispy chicken was very good, but the portion of fries was ridiculously small (less than half the box) for €5 (fries + drink), it's outrageous.

28/01/2026: The most senior member of staff was extremely unpleasant. She charged me €17 for a student meal deal, which included a very small portion of fries (no more than ten). I asked for the receipt, but it didn't detail what I had ordered. After speaking with other customers, I noticed that prices seemed to vary for the same order, creating a real sense of injustice and a lack of transparency. Some paid less, while others experienced the same situation as me. In my experience, this is an establishment to avoid due to the staff's behavior and lack of consideration for customers. There is a clear absence of any human touch. The food isn't bad, but that doesn't make up for the overall experience. When I asked for an explanation and the receipt, the woman's attitude seemed inappropriate, almost mocking, which only increased my discomfort. I felt there was a lack of professionalism and transparency, which is very regrettable.

01/04/2026: I stumbled upon this place by chance in the middle of the market, drawn in by the sunny terrace. I snagged a free table without having to wait. And what a surprise! The restaurant, a victim of its own success, was quickly booked up (and understandably so, remember to reserve 😅). The menu is excellent, generous, and high-quality. And the price is more than reasonable! Pictured here is a homemade cordon bleu and a praline tiramisu. It was superb, I had a wonderful time, and the staff is very attentive, which is really nice. 27/03/2026: Having received no response to the message I sent to the restaurant after my visit, I am taking the liberty of sharing my experience here. On Saturday, March 14th, while dining with six friends, I found a piece of glass in a glass of chocolate mousse served with my gourmet coffee. When I brought it to my mouth, I cut my palate, and I noticed some bleeding at the table. The staff apologized, and the dessert was not charged. However, I am very surprised that no more serious action or follow-up was offered, given the seriousness of the situation. I was also astonished that the issue of payment even arose in such a context. As a long-time customer and resident of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, this experience was more than disappointing. I sincerely hope that this incident will be taken seriously and that the necessary measures will be implemented to prevent such a situation from happening again.
