I'll go elsewhere; there are good restaurants in Saint-Germain.

The tables on the terrace are pleasant, even with the road nearby.
Dogs are welcome.
A minor drawback is the somewhat cold welcome from the owners. A smile and a greeting are always appreciated by customers.
The waitress is smiling and friendly.
I'm not rating the food as I've never eaten at Thiers.
I recommend this place.

25/11/2025: Permanently closed. We made a reservation by phone for a large table on Saturday, November 22nd at 12:30 PM. It's closed. A passerby who works at the town hall said the restaurant is permanently closed.
12/11/2025: I used to go to Fuxia, but the quality is no longer there.
The menu is now very limited compared to before, and the service and atmosphere are barely acceptable—the spirit of the old Italian restaurant is gone.
The cleanliness also leaves much to be desired. It's a shame, the place had so much potential.

20/04/2026: Excellent welcome! The staff is attentive, very caring and helpful. The place is clean, neat, and really welcoming. Big plus: the possibility of cutting a menu in two for children, super practical for sharing. The products are fresh, tasty, and generously served. Special mention for the little touches: the children leave with a lollipop, and there is a cozy room in the basement. A real favorite for a gourmet family break!

14/07/2026: Terrible experience, both in terms of the food and the broadcast of the France vs. Spain match.
Food: The rump steak was bleeding (it had clearly defrosted quickly), and the green beans were barely cooked...completely tasteless.
As for the match: The TV was ridiculous, and the sound outside was nonexistent.
Honestly, invest in an 86-inch TV; you can find them for 500 bucks.
It's shameful to offer a broadcast of a match that you can watch a thousand times better at home.

A waiter abandoned us in the blazing sun without taking our order and without even offering us water.
I absolutely do not recommend this place! And I will be reporting them.
21/06/2026: The waiter was incredibly rude, which is a shame because the setting is very nice.
A poor welcome ruins everything, and this applies to other customers as well.

14/03/2026: Côte Traiteur: Tasteless dishes (truffle pasta that only had the aroma, antipasti swimming in vinegar, tough and rubbery octopus). And the prices are outrageous: 26 euros for two half eggplants with meat to take away—we would have been better off eating in a restaurant. A hefty bill for a bland meal; very disappointed.

29/03/2026: We were disappointed with the quality of the food. Everything was very basic and lacked flavor.
The service really needs improvement. We had to constantly ask for bread (even though the concept is tapas and cheese/chacut platters), the waitress kept sighing and making comments, and she kept coming back to tell us that we were out of certain dishes we had ordered. Honestly, I don't think I would recommend this place.

They didn't have any change for my friends and offered no apology whatsoever. The prices were already very high for what they were, but now they just didn't give them their change. The chicken sandwich was incredibly stingy. The bread was very dry. And my cookie was like a brick. I used to love Subway for years. I'll never set foot in there again.
29/06/2026: I've changed my opinion because of your disrespectful response; a little respect from you too is in order. Personally, I do not recommend this establishment.
