25/08/2024: Delicious as always, a little expensive but we leave satisfied and the authentic taste is worth the cost (more economical lunch option for more modest budgets)
22/08/2024: Too expensive for what it is… well the food is good but the portions are lousy. However, these are not noble meats or pastas… 3 mini tacos for 15 euros 🤷🏼♀️
The setting is also very bland and tiny. Install an air conditioning, it’s the least you can do given the space!

28/09/2024: Fairly high prices compared to the quality. Pleasant welcome at the entrance but not gracious waiter, didn't bring us the right wine, we pointed it out to him but he didn't seem to understand. Simple dishes but expensive overall. Not easy access via a large staircase on the square. Not too noisy atmosphere.
Note, very beautiful view of the castle of St Germain en Laye, well located on a pleasant square.

We are thrilled!!!
Everything is just right here. We were served so lovingly, the food was fantastic and we were able to sit on the terrace in the shade.
We felt very comfortable with our limited knowledge of French.
Many thanks to the two ladies who hosted us. 🌞👍🥰
11/08/2024: You want to have a friendly and warm time. Come to the clubhouse. You will be welcomed with a smile for a very hearty meal. Open all year round. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

01/09/2024: Went for dinner with friends and my foie gras and entrecote steak mains were both excellent pate had superb texture and flavour and steak was good thickness which allowed for it's perfectly rare but caramelized exterior, this is why so many people rave about French food I would certainly return if there weren't so many other great places to try !!
20/08/2024: The blonde girl who served us is truly the plus of the place, good and friendly!
Excellent welcome and nice little place in the center of Saint Germain.

29/08/2024: Charming setting in the St Germain forest for a dinner in the garden, pleasant service, dishes without surprises but effective, I recommend the avocado and crab starter. I will return there with pleasure.
29/08/2024: Top, the service went well, the staff were pleasant. My false filet is excellent.
My partner had tortelloni, she also enjoyed it.

29/09/2024: Deplorable and expeditious service, the owner removed the plates from 2 out of 5 people who had finished eating. The waitress while clearing it threw a piece of pizza on my dress without even apologizing, following my remarks she replied sorry that's okay.
Given this welcome we did not want to continue with dessert, the waiter offered us the dessert menu we told him that we did not want dessert he replied great I like customers like that, the cash register is at the exit, there are people waiting
Honestly avoid it if you don't want to spend your money and be treated like a dog

15/09/2024: Great time spent in the Soubise restaurant: possibility of eating on the terrace. The interior is super nice: soft lighting, space, not noisy... in short: very pleasant.
The food is good: great for a brasserie, the prices are average (€52 for 2 adults and 1 child) and the quantity on the plate is satisfactory.
The real plus is the super super fast service!!! And that’s really great for those who are really hungry!!!
The staff is pleasant and professional.
I recommend this stopover to your itineraries in the region

05/09/2024: I came to eat with my mother who introduced me to this little restaurant.
I had a great time and the dishes were divine. The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are exquisite. Special mention for the perfect egg and morel cream and prawn risotto ❤️

06/07/2024: I was attacked by the restaurant waiter because I sat on the terrace without saying hello to him (the restaurant was empty). Unpleasant and nastiness are the two words to describe this restaurant and its staff!
