26/03/2026: I was tempted by the bobun… I completely wasted my €8!
It was tasteless and empty! There were only three or four pieces of beef and some bits of vegetables.
And the spring rolls were rubbery and questionable.
I feel like I've been ripped off.
16/03/2026: It's excellent, absolutely delicious, very pleasant service with very affordable prices for the center of St Germain.

23/04/2026: I ordered chicken gyozas for lunch today, but they arrived raw. The California rolls tasted like soap. I threw everything away, very disappointed!
06/04/2026: Good products, but we were really not well received. The young woman at reception was clearly unfriendly, not a smile, which is a real shame.

11/05/2026: I stopped by this morning since I was 15 minutes early for an appointment. I said hello when I walked in, but there was no response (two servers were there, one tidying up and the other preparing a drink). I figured they were busy, so I went to the register to order and waited patiently for them to be available... then impatiently (lingering glances, "well..."). After five minutes during which neither of them looked at me or asked if I wanted to order, I finally left. I did say "have a good day anyway," and again, no response.
It's quite incomprehensible; it's basic customer service, after all. And it was clearly open since they served someone just as I walked in (and it was 8 a.m.). It's not like Starbucks is particularly good or cheap, it's just that you usually know you'll be served efficiently and get your coffee before leaving. So clearly there's no point in this one...

29/05/2026: Does not deserve three stars. Unpleasant welcome, made us feel like we were bothering them. Dinner buffet was dirty. Tables weren't cleared, and the food was dry and had been reheated for several hours. The air conditioning in the room was broken, and it was 27 degrees Celsius until morning. At breakfast, there was no coffee, no clean cups, and the tables weren't cleared. I deserved a refund.
23/05/2026: The air conditioning isn't working, it's 32 degrees in the room! Management can't do anything.

18/08/2024: Très déçue, a part le cadre et le service très sympathique, je n’ai pas pu terminer mes plats.
En entrée: grosse purée de petit pois, presque sans assaisonnement. En plat des pâtes avec 2 gouttes de sauce et 3 petits morceaux de fêta.
Il faut retravailler vos recettes.
Le dessert, une mousse de châtaigne, était bon !
15/08/2024: J'ai découvert cet établissement via du bouche à oreilles mais j'avoue que je ne l'avais jamais remarqué avant. Il se situe en face du château, mais légèrement en retrait de la grande rue et un peu dissimulé derrière les grands arbres de la petite place. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une petite table sous les arbres, c'était trop agréable, au calme à côté d'un olivier. Ca sentait bon les vacances! Le service est pro, rien à dire, on sent la passion du métier! Les plats sont inspirés de la cuisine corse.
Un petit rosé corse, tentacules d'encornet au piment d'Espelette à la purée de maïs très surprenante, suivi d'une nage d'agrumes à la citronnelle pour moi. Tout était très bon, fin, bien présenté comme j'aime. Et la nage d'agrumes était sensationnelle en saveurs, bravo!
Une très bonne adresse à St Ger, qui se démarque clairement des restaurants autour trop banals et sans effort (pardon pour eux..)

18/11/2025: We received a very poor welcome from the woman who worked there on Tuesday evening. We wanted to buy e-cigarette liquid, and unfortunately, they didn't accept credit cards for purchases under €10, which isn't a big deal in itself. But then we asked if there were any other tobacco shops open, and she politely replied, "Yes, you'll have to look for yourself." So much for friendliness!
