26/03/2026: I was tempted by the bobun… I completely wasted my €8! It was tasteless and empty! There were only three or four pieces of beef and some bits of vegetables. And the spring rolls were rubbery and questionable. I feel like I've been ripped off.

16/03/2026: It's excellent, absolutely delicious, very pleasant service with very affordable prices for the center of St Germain.

18/11/2025: We received a very poor welcome from the woman who worked there on Tuesday evening. We wanted to buy e-cigarette liquid, and unfortunately, they didn't accept credit cards for purchases under €10, which isn't a big deal in itself. But then we asked if there were any other tobacco shops open, and she politely replied, "Yes, you'll have to look for yourself." So much for friendliness!

31/03/2026: This morning's waitress (curly and black hair) is rude. He doesn't just laugh at the customers in front of them. He makes disgusted faces. And he also doesn't do the commands well. He was wrong 2 times! It has been a short time and is increasingly rude. 0 experience face to the public. Better to have coffee in the new coffee shop next door

21/03/2026: A customer for years, I hadn't been back for about a year. Today I ordered a caramel macchiato (without the caramel topping, they were out of it, I was warned, no problem). They served me a latte that wasn't the same price, you know. I pointed it out, and they told me three times that it was what I ordered. Well, no! The little yappy guy who seems to run the place is still as pretentious and unpleasant as ever. He loudly announced that he was out of coffee and had to dig through the bottom of the drawer to make my coffee… honestly, you could tell, the coffee tasted off. And to top it off, it wasn't what I ordered. For me, that was the last time!

26/04/2026: Clean room, perfect walk-in shower, but breakfast is a nightmare because if you don't go early, there's nothing left and it's never replenished. You have to be there from 6 am onwards 🐓🐓🐓 and the staff... well, let's not even go there...

26/04/2026: The rooms have just been renovated, but the finishing touches need improvement, and the cleanliness of the toilets and showers is also questionable. It's also quite something to just dump the dirty sheets on the lawn. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was appalling: no supplies, disgusting cutlery, a coffee machine that left grounds and no milk, and the receptionist as friendly as a prison guard when you ask him to refill anything. Cold crepes, cold scrambled eggs and bacon, and the water in the egg dispenser was as clean as the cutlery. I think we pay extra for breakfast, don't we? Truly shameful.

18/08/2024: Très déçue, a part le cadre et le service très sympathique, je n’ai pas pu terminer mes plats. En entrée: grosse purée de petit pois, presque sans assaisonnement. En plat des pâtes avec 2 gouttes de sauce et 3 petits morceaux de fêta. Il faut retravailler vos recettes. Le dessert, une mousse de châtaigne, était bon !

15/08/2024: J'ai découvert cet établissement via du bouche à oreilles mais j'avoue que je ne l'avais jamais remarqué avant. Il se situe en face du château, mais légèrement en retrait de la grande rue et un peu dissimulé derrière les grands arbres de la petite place. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une petite table sous les arbres, c'était trop agréable, au calme à côté d'un olivier. Ca sentait bon les vacances! Le service est pro, rien à dire, on sent la passion du métier! Les plats sont inspirés de la cuisine corse. Un petit rosé corse, tentacules d'encornet au piment d'Espelette à la purée de maïs très surprenante, suivi d'une nage d'agrumes à la citronnelle pour moi. Tout était très bon, fin, bien présenté comme j'aime. Et la nage d'agrumes était sensationnelle en saveurs, bravo! Une très bonne adresse à St Ger, qui se démarque clairement des restaurants autour trop banals et sans effort (pardon pour eux..)
