15/05/2024: We had a wonderful evening, from our welcome until we left the establishment. We chose the 5-course discovery menu and we really enjoyed the 5 plates, both the presentation and the taste. A little favorite for the house laurel wine and the sea buckthorn tartlet served with coffee. I recommend !
12/05/2024: Fine dining at normal prices. There are only 2 menus (5 or 7 courses). Although 7 courses last 3 hours, they are fully recommended and offer small, surprising taste explosions. Service is attentive and unobtrusive. German is spoken.

27/05/2024: Very nice experience, we appreciated the diversity of the starters and main courses, there was something for all tastes, mastered cooking, exquisite and original flavors, attentive and efficient staff (very little waiting between courses ), the wine list is incredible. Bravo for everything, we will return with pleasure and desire to this Vichy temple of gastronomy.

Service : efficace , bien rythmé et sans chi-chi
la cuisine : le concept de dégustation à l'aveugle contribue à rendre le moment de partage plus fort. Un cuisine délicate, produits de qualité, assemblage des saveurs et des produits subtil , portions parfaites . l' association au vin sublime encore plus la cuisine .
Touchante attention du Chef qui a rédigé une petite carte à chacune des 2 personnes qui fêtaient leur anniversaire ce soir là ! Merci

The servers are sharing and listening.
But let's get back to basics, what was on the plates deserves to be highlighted, textures and flavors mixed.
Incredible sauces, I really enjoyed the octopus.

His passion of food transpires all through the atmosphere and you’re in for a treat. Locals were having their dinner here and we really had a great time!

Average service and friendliness
26/05/2024: Ordered espresso, water, galette and crepe. Water did not come until we asked again. After more than one hour we still do not have any food while the table next to ours got their’s in less than 10 minutes. They did not make our food until we asked them about it. No apologies and service was terrible. Wasted our precious time.

24/05/2024: Attracted by the Google rating and reviews. Impeccable Japanese service. Excellent sake. Good food overall but the form trumps the substance, while I would have preferred the opposite. Too bad the wagyu option wasn't available.
