Très bon restaurant et bar avec grande terrasse dans la Halle Brauhauban de Tarbes, ouvert 7j/7 et en continu de 7 h à 2 h. Plats variés dont Salades/Bowl.

A great place! All the staff are friendly and competent! The cuisine is delicious and the daily specials are varied. I eat there every day during the week. In the evening there is a good friendly atmosphere. I strongly recommend 😉

A Sunday lunch in pleasant company, that of the Etal 36 team, as an appetizer of excellent grilled toast with fresh foie gras, chardonnay, kir and very well prepared seasonal dishes, congratulations to the cook and the friendly waitress, this place has a taste of coming back🥂👍🫡

Le serveur a été très gentil, quel plaisir. Aux petits soins pour mon fils malade, et ça n’était pas forcé. J’ai beaucoup apprécié les choix de la carte.

24/09/2024: Visiting for lunch on September 12, we were a table of 6 and took the menu of the day. Everything was perfect, no false notes. The welcome is warm, the dishes are elaborate and fine and there are always two choices from starter to dessert, so everyone will find what they are looking for. A special mention when you are a wine lover, the cellar is fabulous and we made some great discoveries, thanks to Timothée who will advise you admirably in your choices for food and wine pairings. The setting is charming and we will come back with pleasure.
18/09/2024: Whether it’s the setting, the comfort, the choice of tableware, the staff and of course the meal…it’s a big “yes”!!! All our senses were delighted! Research, talent, sympathy and humility...nothing to add except: PERFECT!
