The place and the food were amazing!

Lunch on September 24th: lovely waitresses, a very nice meal, and a great atmosphere! 😊 A real pleasure to take a break here while the car was charging. Everything was perfect, don't change a thing! 👏✨

The food is good and the staff are quick and efficient. I recommend the chocolate mousse, which is served in a generous portion.

This evening, we had the pleasure of dining as a family at the Portofino restaurant in Chambray. We were seated at table 32, with my wife, our daughter, our son-in-law, and our two granddaughters, aged 8 and 6. Our evening was already very enjoyable thanks to the quality of the meal and the restaurant's ambiance, but it was truly enhanced by one person in particular: Thalia, who looked after our table. I really want to take a moment to acknowledge her, because people like her deserve to be recognized and praised. Thalia is a remarkably kind, extremely attentive, professional, and above all, deeply compassionate young woman. She showed our two granddaughters an empathy and kindness that particularly touched us. She knew how to be present without ever being intrusive, attentive to every detail, with a genuine ability to understand everyone's needs. She also gave us excellent advice on our menu choices, with a knowledge and attentiveness that demonstrated a true dedication to her craft. What struck me, beyond her professionalism, was her clear-headedness, diligence, and genuine desire to do things well. She never gave the impression of simply "doing her job": she seemed genuinely committed to ensuring everyone had a pleasant experience. At the end of dinner, I took the liberty of asking her name, precisely because I believe that professional and personal qualities deserve recognition, especially when they are so evident. I come from far away and frequent all kinds of establishments. I can therefore say that such attentive behavior and such high-quality service have unfortunately become quite rare. Thalia, thank you for your smile, your kindness, your professionalism, and the wonderful attention you paid to our family, and especially to our two granddaughters. And to the management of Portofino: know that you have a young person on your team who possesses truly admirable professional and personal qualities. Congratulate her and, above all, cherish her! A wonderful encounter, a fantastic family moment, and a waitress who truly deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Thalia, and well done! 👏

The restaurant is always top-notch. Tonight, as an added bonus, the service was exceptional, thanks to a fantastic waitress, Talia, who was very pleasant, funny, attentive, AND professional. A huge thank you and congratulations to her for this wonderful experience.

Incredible, nothing to complain about.

Excellent Portuguese restaurant, easy parking, the waiter is super funny and very friendly. It might be a little pricey for a whole family, but the quality of the food is there! (Monkfish with sweet potato, €24, for example)
