03/04/2024: We have been to this restaurant several times before but today we were there in perfect condition. The service was not good, the dishes were gone, a lot of sauce and not a lot of meat, the fries... a shame... fortunately the wine was good...

03/04/2024: Very friendly and efficient waitress. The children's dishes came straight away and my (old) parents really appreciated the pizza del mare which "was better than the one they usually have" where they live. Thank you very much, we had a great time.

04/04/2024: I know this franchise perfectly, having had several professional experiences in the past as a student, but despite the facilities put in place for many years, it is difficult to have a complete order in a reasonable time for a fast food restaurant.
Today, once again, I have 2 orders in the same car for around thirty euros each.
I ended up with 10 drinks instead of 7, fries to make again but which were not made again after 40 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru on a Wednesday evening where no one was in the dining room and just a car in front of me at the drive-thru.
It should be noted that both orders were made and paid for via the McDonald's app, all that was left to do was scan.
Teammates overwhelmed, and the manager who took over the controls to check if it was good gave me the same thing again then parked me after so much waiting time! Suffice it to say that when we arrived in Villers-Cotterets itself, everything was cold!
The advantage is to have had extra drinks mixed with water and sauces, usually paid for, which we had in abundance!
Payment/scan time at the terminal 9:41 p.m.
Departure time for the drive with bags: 10:25 p.m.!
When it's not the fries that we make with the drinks, it's the ice cream, so that it's already done rather than thinking in good intelligence and above all in good logic.
Yet they themselves are customers of this type of franchise and reproduce what they would not accept being done to them.
Staggering!
02/04/2024: It's slowly getting better, with takeaway we can't eat cold...on the other hand I don't know what to do to have the sauces that we're supposed to have with our menus!

say what should you do at home to have a correct order? Not to mention the manager who wants to "start me" but when I tell him that I'm coming so that he can start me, he tells me that I'm wrong that he was talking to one of his teammates! So, I wonder, How do you recruit these people who want to “start” their clients or their employees? PS: establishment of Villers-Cotterêts 02

05/04/2024: Very disapointed ! Already been, it was very good but then this evening, a service that leaves more than to be desired, a waitress who is unpleasant... she doesn't like her job it would be good for her to think about her career change .
And the food has lost quality, a hair in the salmon pasta, the super salty pizza, the pasta on the other hand is very bland
We ask for a carafe of water, we are allowed a carafe which was on the dirty side on the bar, which has just been filled, good for the water glasses we are still waiting for them….
A positive point all the same, the quantity is satisfactory.

The service is extremely pleasant and attentive.

The family atmosphere and quality products are really the icing on the cake.

15/04/2024: Almost the only restaurant open on Sunday evening in this town which seemed sadly abandoned even though it was described by Victor Hugo as superb. Travelers, stop in Laon! Le Parvis welcomed us with a local and “homemade” menu. Fast and very good service, just what was needed before returning to Belgium. THANKS! THANKS! I hope that your city could relaunch the funicular to revitalize the city center, re-open beautiful small businesses and attract tourists.

Just a small detail, we're barely at the appetizer when they bring us the starters, a little peace and quiet, jf we have time
Nothing to say about the very nice cuisine
The two girls are very pleasant and attentive
For dessert I ask for a white lady with chocolate on the side, really thank you
On the other hand, at the time of the addition I point out that my beer was not counted, not honestly, they say thank you to me and they add it back I would have liked to hear thank you but it's for us 🧸📸🏴☠️

15/03/2024: I am delighted to share my opinion on the restaurant "Le Lagon Bleu", located on the edge of a lake with turquoise blue water. Our experience at this establishment was simply magical.
As soon as we arrived at the Blue Lagoon, we were warmly welcomed. The staff was attentive and professional, providing us with impeccable service throughout our meal.
The view from our table was breathtaking. The lake sparkled in the sun, creating a stunning backdrop for our dining experience. We felt transported to a tranquil paradise, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The restaurant menu is very correct and the dishes are delicious.
What made our experience at the Blue Lagoon even more special was the ability to take our pet with us. Our faithful companion was greeted with kindness, and we were able to enjoy his company throughout the meal.
After our meal, we decided to enjoy the beautiful surroundings by taking a walk along the lake. The trails offered spectacular views, and we were able to admire the surrounding natural beauty while strolling in the afternoon sun.
In conclusion, our experience at Le Lagon Bleu restaurant was more than successful. Between the beautiful view, the delicious food, the impeccable service and the ability to take our pet with us, it was a perfect day. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fine dining experience in an idyllic setting.
