17/02/2026: From the very first bite to the final spoon of dessert, everything was simply exceptional. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and every dish was full of carefully balanced flavours. Each course felt like a little journey — light, rich, delicate, bold — perfectly crafted and beautifully presented. A truly memorable dining experience. Everytime we come it’s a beautiful experience, let’s not forget the stuff and owner are amazing . I highly recommend it . Enjoy !

16/02/2026: Everything was perfect... a magical moment...

18/02/2026: For my sweetheart's birthday, I treated us to a meal at La Table d'Antoine. So? The welcome was excellent. This was followed by a highly original house cocktail made right in front of us. Then came two "Experience" menus at €109 each... and a parade of dishes followed, each more surprising than the last, but all delicious. The combinations were daring, even unusual, but never in bad taste. It's an adventure worth treating yourself to, if only to discover a restaurant in Vichy that's truly worth the trip. The chef wouldn't disagree, acknowledging that, even if we all strive for perfection, it doesn't exist. In fact, if I had to offer any criticism, I'd suggest that if I were to return, the meal might be less "creamy." Too many dishes presented in the form of creams of all kinds. Halfway through the meal, we prayed there wouldn't be any more... but even though each individual cream was delicious, too much is simply too much. The menu would greatly benefit from being "less creamy." Aside from this easily improved detail, we were delighted with this wonderful discovery. 15/02/2026: A delicious Valentine's Day dinner with Japanese influences! The staff is lovely, and we were lucky enough to meet the chef. We had a wonderful time in a calm and pleasant setting, and we'll definitely be back ☺️ PS: Thanks again for the cappuccino!

03/03/2026: A restaurant I've been to several times and have often recommended, but what a disappointment! A trout and burrata salad. A plate piled high with green salad, and half a plate, crammed full, for the modest sum of €20. Half a burrata? I find that unacceptable. Very, very disappointed.

01/03/2026: Initially, we had planned to go to the restaurant next door, but it was closed on Thursdays. So we tried Le Florancia, and what can I say? We weren't disappointed at all. The service was excellent, as was the welcome. The food was delicious and not too heavy. We enjoyed the lunch menu, and none of the dishes disappointed us. It's definitely a place we'll be returning to. The restaurant was packed that Thursday, by the way. Thank you for a lovely time, and see you soon!

20/01/2026: Hello everyone, if you want good humor and especially a good welcome and even more fresh products then you have to go to 68 and especially encourage young people who take the trouble to do everything for their customers. We enjoy ourselves every time we go there, the menu is rich with new dishes regularly. which allows us to come more often. Finally to say simply do not hesitate, you will never be disappointed so see you soon at 68.

09/03/2026: Fantastic welcome, very friendly staff. A superb plancha grill with fresh ingredients, delicious burgers with excellent bread. A top-notch beef bourguignon with homemade mashed potatoes. We'll definitely be back.

05/12/2025: As a sales representative, I'm often away on business and staying in hotels. I can assure you that the Midland Hotel is a fantastic establishment, both for its stunning setting (incredible architecture) and its staff: the manager and his brother in the kitchen make a wonderful team, with customer satisfaction at the heart of their work. And what can I say about the meals and breakfast? I've never seen anything like it in terms of presentation and selection: incredible. Congratulations to them!

13/10/2025: My husband treated me to a weekend in Vichy with a "travel" dinner and a night at the hotel for my birthday. We chose to have dinner in the evening: the meal was excellent, and we had the chance to tour the kitchens during the service, which was a wonderful experience. A few negative points, however: • The dishes were served a little too quickly, which cut short the enjoyment of the meal. • At the beginning of the service, I was asked my wine pairing preferences. I specified that I didn't like red wine, and they confirmed that white would be available. Unfortunately, the instruction was clearly not passed on: I was served two glasses of red, which I declined, with no offer of replacement. • It's also a shame that coffee isn't included in the "travel" menu. Regarding the room, we had requested breakfast in the room. At 10:00 a.m., we had to call reception, who were waiting for us downstairs. They were finally able to bring it up, but it took us a bit of time, which was a shame. Overall, we have very fond memories of this stay. This was our second visit, and we'll be happy to return next time, at another time of year, to discover new seasonal dishes.

03/10/2025: Thank you to the entire team at the beautiful Décoret establishment for allowing us to have such a pleasant time yesterday during a lunch that we would describe as memorable. Not a single false note from starter to dessert. Impeccable service, precise explanations of the dishes, and perfectly balanced flavors and tastes on the plate. The icing on the cake was that we were able to see the work that goes into the kitchen by having the chance to chat with the chef. We are in awe.... Having the chance to compare ourselves with certain Michelin-starred establishments, we don't understand how such a place hasn't yet received its second star. We simply hope that this error will be corrected in 2026 by the Red Guide. Thank you, Chef, and sincere congratulations to you and your entire team.

25/02/2026: An impeccable atmosphere, a warm welcome, and a superb pizza. They're very generous with the pizza, a welcome change from pizzerias that skimp on toppings. Here, every slice is top-quality! I rarely leave reviews, but this one deserves it!

25/02/2026: I came with my mother who is in a wheelchair, and they helped me to bring the tray and to get settled at the table with smiles and always a kind word.
