18/02/2026: A truly exceptional restaurant!! I was captivated by the Trattoria atmosphere of Braséro, and the dishes lived up to expectations. As a huge fan of fresh pasta, I often make it at home and am therefore quite picky, but this was outstanding! I enjoyed delicious pasta all'ortolona, ​​and the conversation with the staff and the chef, especially about his Italian influences, left me with a wonderful memory :) I don't dine here often, but I will definitely be back and will certainly take your menu for inspiration if I ever open a Trattoria della Pasta. 16/02/2026: We loved Sisteron. A magnificent village with beautiful views. The people were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A truly wonderful and enjoyable discovery. We had the pleasure of discovering a great restaurant where everything was perfect. Everything was homemade, and the daily menu was exquisite. The service was exceptional. I highly recommend it. 22/02/2026: We stopped by their restaurant three years ago, which is why we returned, but we were very disappointed when it came time to pay the bill: €260 (see attached photo of the receipt). The price of the undercooked ribeye steak was €176, and the waiter offered it to us without telling us the price beforehand. I find that outrageous. We will never go back. I absolutely do not recommend it; beware of the shocking price gouging when the bill arrives.

08/02/2026: Completely disappointed by this restaurant. The very expensive meal was not at all up to par. I'd been warned, but I wanted to try it anyway. The staff are friendly, the place is pleasant, but I won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend it either.

01/02/2026: On our way to the ski resorts, this is the second time we've stopped at this restaurant to eat an excellent pizza. Everything is perfect, from the pizza oven to the table.

21/12/2025: Every time we head into the mountains, we stop at this charming little restaurant in the center of Sisteron. The lamb platter, prepared in several ways with various side dishes, is delicious, as is the trio of crème brûlées. The service is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. A pleasant experience every time.
