19/09/2024: **Rating: ★★★☆☆** I recently stayed at the Best Western in Menton and found it to be a mixed experience. The hotel itself is well-located, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but the biggest downside was the sound insulation. The ventilation system was quite loud, and I could clearly hear trucks and motorbikes passing by early in the morning, which disrupted my sleep. If you're a light sleeper or value quietness, this could be an issue. Otherwise, it's a decent option for a short stay in Menton.

19/09/2024: Characteristic place because, part of the old fort, very thick walls in Menton, good food, real French crepes, good service, the only flaw is that in summer only the fan inside the place is too little. Still worth trying.

10/08/2024: My husband booked this place through an unidentified spell, but thanks to the kindness of the waiter they gave us a table right away. The food was good, correct and fast service, quality-price according to the area.

23/08/2024: Very very good taste yes! But what a disappointment... out of 3 orders in total not a single one correct, I order chicken tikka, I got crispy, I order without cheese, I have some, One time I got fries in the wrap, the other time no, For the cheese, this was announced when ordering "ah without the cheese it's not safe", so we were unfortunately expecting it... I think the organization seriously needs to be reviewed... We are told a 35 minute wait, then 50 after 5 minutes, ending with 1 hour 15 minutes. If only this was done with sympathy... we felt too much when ordering, and very uncomfortable... Sorry.. but I hope this will be constructive because it's basically a restaurant where I loved to eat, but today I won't go back there anymore..

13/08/2024: Usually on site with a super long service but very good food. We wanted to order with a delivery time of 1 hour, 1 hour and a half later we called to ask where it was and the order finally arrived with a 2 hour delay. Don't push grandma into the nettles. It’s with this kind of thing that we lose customers.

08/09/2024: Small restaurant located in a delightful little square with a centenary olive tree in the centre. At the suggestion of Antonio, chef and owner, we ate excellent fried porcini mushrooms and tasty tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. Very generous portions. Thanks also to Francesco who was friendly and kind. At the end of the evening he honored all the ladies with a red rose. We will return. Highly recommended

23/09/2024: The restaurant has tables on the pavement under umbrellas, then a veranda and an internal space. The service is fast and the staff are friendly. The portions are very rich and abundant. The tables are a little small and too close together, I recommend eating on the sidewalk. 2 octopus and potato appetizers and 2 seafood risottos, a water and 2 glasses of wine for a total of 90 euros.

23/09/2024: Very nice restaurant in Menton! The waiting was a bit long because it was busy, but if not, the food was delicious! We had the sea food pasta and the gnocchis and tiramisu for dessert. The waitress was very kind, they all spoke french and italian! Recommended by a friend who lives in Menton, with nice views on the beach. Total was 46€ for 2 people.
