07/07/2025: Came here for lunch and it couldn’t have been better. The dorade was cooked to absolute perfection—delicate, flavorful, and clearly prepared with great skill. The restaurant has a simple, unpretentious look, but don’t be fooled: this is a Gault&Millau-listed gem. A truly memorable.

03/07/2025: Only one waitress and one chef for 10 parties, also ONE single menu that all 10 of us were supposed to share and it was only in French.. It took about 1.5 hours to get the starter. And the "finer" parties got their food first even though they arrived probably 30 minutes after us. They didn't have enough wine glasses, so when we wanted to change wine they had to take our glasses in and wash them and we had to wait more than 45 minutes to get new wine glasses that were warm. Then it took 1.5 hours to get the main course from when we finished our starter. The food was pretty good but everything else was unfortunately very bad. Absolutely not worth 4.8 points in the review but maybe 2 points.

04/03/2026: I stoped by for a late lunch while walking the Prom. I had an excellent fish soup with all the accompaniments. It was nice that the kitchen was open at 15:00

01/03/2026: Fresh and excellent mussels marinière or chicken (my mother is from Brittany) with homemade fries, a crispy and delicious pizza accompanied by a kir and two pitchers of white wine, followed by a scoop of rum raisin ice cream and two coffees for €80, in a professional but pleasant atmosphere. The owner is friendly and well-liked by the two waitresses; you can feel it in the atmosphere. What's there to complain about? I was worried about it being a tourist trap, as mentioned above, but I'll definitely go back for my own enjoyment. Personally, I could have done without the pianist (too loud to have a conversation), but otherwise, don't change a thing, THANK YOU!!

22/02/2026: I ordered a rare rump steak skewer, but it arrived well-done with frozen fries. I didn't eat the meat, but the waiter didn't seem to care. I didn't have time to order again because I was working, but when a plate is taken away like that, he should at least ask if everything was alright. Well, I'll come back because it wasn't my day, but it's a shame.

20/02/2026: Excellent value for money, delicious and generous portions served in a lovely indoor and outdoor dining area. The staff is friendly and helpful, and dogs are welcome (they brought us a bowl of water as soon as we arrived). I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years, dining here 5 or 6 times a year. I highly recommend it!

03/03/2026: What a lovely time I had! First of all, thanks to the sunny weather in Nice in the middle of March, which instantly puts you in a good mood, especially coming from the city center. But then, add to that a small table on the terrace, a very attentive waitress, delicious dishes, and quick and efficient service—it was a winning combination. And all this despite the terrace being packed! I'm delighted I made this choice among all the available restaurants, and I highly recommend this delightful place.

19/01/2026: Always a pleasure to eat at Indian Lounge! It's one of my favorite spots in Nice. The decor is fantastic, the atmosphere is friendly, and the service is always very quick and courteous! And the food is always delicious 🙏 Special mention for the terrace in the little side alley in the summer, the chicken tikka masala, the mango curry, and the cheese naan. I highly recommend it; it's ideal for a first date! See you soon ✌️

23/01/2026: A perfect French restaurant. From the cigarettes on the terrace to the locals chatting over wine. Just a stone's throw from the beach, this bistro was incredibly satisfying. The mussels, instead of escargot, were perfect for my wife, who was on her honeymoon in France for the first time. The pizza, which I hesitated to try because of our impending departure to Italy, had a completely different flavor than the pizzas in neighboring countries. If I could enjoy wine all day here with just chips and olives, I'd fly 10,000 kilometers back and make this place my first stop in Nice. I'm so grateful to the owner and the guests who welcomed us on our honeymoon.💙 _ An authentic French restaurant. The Nissards who are happy to see us on the terrace and in the wine. Bien qu'un peu éloigné du bord de mer, ce bistrot était vraiment très satisfaisant. Les moules que nous avons mangées à la place des escargots ont parfaitement convenu au palais de ma femme, qui découvrait la France pour la première fois lors de notre voyage de noces. Quant à la pizza, que nous hésitions à commander car nous devions bientôt partir en Italie, elle avait un goût différent de celle de nos voisins. Si je pouvais passer toute la journée ici à déguster du vin accompagné de chips et d'olives, je serais prêt à parcourir 10 000 km en avion pour revenir à Nice et me rendre en premier lieu dans ce restaurant. Je remercie infiniment le propriétaire et les clients qui ont accueilli notre lune de miel 💙.

06/07/2025: Very friendly welcome, but the pancakes are dry and thin: tiny pieces of ham, little cheese, and other toppings. They really are cheap pancakes. Honestly, very meh. What a disappointment!
