04/01/2025: Exceptional day in Nice at TNN. In the morning at 11 a.m. exchange with the public in front of the theater for the trial of "Alice in Wonderland" improvisation with an actor playing the prosecutor, a real lawyer, and an actress playing Alice, a show full of surprises. And in the afternoon at 3 p.m. a show for young and old on “the fables of the fountain” subtly put on.

21/12/2025: A very bad experience despite the good meal, due to mediocre service for a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, with a bill approaching €1000 for three people. We waited an enormous amount of time (4.5 hours in total), and received no response to our requests. As we were leaving, the chef was unpleasant. Other shortcomings in the service: - No consideration was given to allergies or special dietary requirements. One of us doesn't eat pork and was unable to try one of the dishes. - There was a constant lack of water. - We repeatedly asked if it was possible to speed up our service (around midnight), and despite confirmations, nothing was done. The dishes themselves were very good, but the experience was ruined by this poor service, which is unacceptable at this price.

22/06/2025: Over the years this pub has gone downhill. Slow service even though lots of staff wandering around. Last night they were serving pints in plastic glasses that you had to give a deposit on. Management change needed or it probably won't be here next year. Only had one beer and then went somewhere else. Too bad used to love this place

26/03/2025: Walked past this Cafe and just loved the look of the menu and the outdoor seating! The waitress was so honestly lovely and I ended up coming all three days that I stayed in Nice because I wanted to try more of the menu! Also a great place to sit outside and read a book. Pictured is the Croque Madame and the Salmon Bagel with a Matcha. I also had the Açai Smoothie Bowl. Honestly all three were great and presented so well. I would recommend the Croque Madame though, it was delicious and that salad is so fresh! If you want a good coffee and a meal, definitely recommend this Cafe. Be warned it will be pretty busy on a sunny day so get in early!

23/03/2025: Arriving at 2:20 p.m., we were seated at a table for four, even though there were five of us. We waited 20 minutes before ordering our drinks and food. The wine glasses weren't wiped, and the order was mistakenly served at 3:10 p.m. The missing dish was served 10 minutes later, cold and frozen, with no apology. The overall condition of the restaurant was poor: exposed sockets, signs of leaks in the ceiling, and the kitchen and restrooms were deplorable. Avoid! A warning to hygiene inspectors...

27/01/2026: When I was in Nice, I booked this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There's also a lounge where you can relax with a cup of coffee or tea. I had a room with a balcony facing Avenida Massena. The view is great, but the only drawback is the lack of soundproofing, which means you can always hear the trams or any construction noise. The floor was also a bit uneven.

27/01/2026: I just checked in. And Staffs are sooooo nice and kind. It make us happy. Room is comfy and location is also good. Welcome macaron and small wine make us surprised. Everything is perfect.

10/12/2025: Our waitress was lovely, and the meal was good. The risotto was tasty but lacked a bit of oomph for my taste. The portions are generous. The profiteroles are enormous.

09/12/2025: We were there for dinner. The lasagna was huge and hot. Truflu rigattoni was a big portion but it was cold. We asked for artichoke salad, the salad was too salty at first, then we asked them to change it. They changed it immediately, I think the most delicious thing was salad.

20/09/2024: Updated 09/24 OMG, cold ramen!!! A logical (and yeah, that's what you should order at 40° - duh) and gustatory (absolute delight) revelation. Since then, I've only had one idea in mind: to go back and order several portions, just for me. --- 2023 Homemade ramen, delicate broth, beautiful Japanese dishes. Simplicity but also a warm and smiling welcome. There's a bit of a wait, it's true, but I really liked this place. Staff attentive to food allergies.
