27/09/2026: Nice quiet spot looking out to the port but the food (at least the Niçoise salads we had) was mediocre to say the least.

19/09/2026: Very nice! Fresh food, wonderful beer selection, exceptional brulee. We were served by a girl who had a personal attitude and not only fulfilled our wishes, but anticipated them!

05/09/2026: I received a very warm welcome from the owner and his employee, great shop, I highly recommend it!

12/08/2026: Going to an ice cream shop, I saw perfectly presented and packaged takeaway ice creams, but (WITHOUT) it being mentioned on the label as "lactose-free" (for a Fleur de Lait ice cream...). So the cashier puts... 4 scoops in a large tub with questionable packaging. A far cry from what you see in the window as supposedly "lactose-free." In short, thanks, the ice cream was okay, but the presentation, honesty, and preservation get a zero. The spoon wasn't even washed before scooping, so you end up with bits of another flavor in it. Completely ridiculous. EDIT: See the owner's "response"... and the photos which prove that nothing indicates "lactose-free." Just do a quick internet search; a label should be clear. Regarding the spoons, I'm not making up the fact that you find another flavor. It's simply obvious. In short, dishonest and completely off the mark, ignoring the photos.

02/09/2026: Excellent food, great service, good people. Fair prices. Had a chance with speak with the owner they are wonderful people. Will definitely be back. The mushroom pasta was perfect and not heavy. They have a large menu and you won't be disappointed.

29/08/2026: Far from the pseudo-Japanese restaurants touted by brainless social media influencers, here you'll find REAL cuisine, prepared on-site by a talented chef. The €35 set menu is a must: starter, main course, and dessert, with a daily selection of dishes and desserts as well. It's delicious, it's refined, with original cocktails for €10 and an interesting wine list that changes monthly. An excellent address in Nice.

Not the Promenade des Anglais, the old Nice terrace that they charged me for 😅 7 euros 👎 Thanks and good luck, without me. 26/09/2026: It's difficult to give an opinion on the food. After booking and arriving on time, we received a friendly welcome, our order was quick, our aperitif was served, and then… nothing for almost an hour! After 35 minutes, we asked if we had been forgotten, and the response was no, just a normal wait time in the kitchen. Still nothing after an hour. We were at our wits' end, so we left without dinner. We barely received an apology, with no explanation. All the tables around us that arrived after us were served. An accident, I hope! I'm adding to this following the restaurant's response, which was appreciated but not entirely accurate. The apologies are, of course, accepted, but I would have preferred to hear them last night at the time of the "incident." The real issue is the lack of attention during service, as we had to ask about our order more than half an hour after our arrival before someone finally showed any concern, offered us a few extra olives, and simply stated that the wait was normal. Then, on a second request, they said the main course was coming soon. An incident is always possible, and it would have been simpler to tell us about it from the start; we would have stayed. End of joke, it's not a big deal, and thanks for the drinks!

25/09/2026: Lunch yesterday. Excellent place and warm welcome. The menu is superb. There's a good selection. I'll definitely go back.
