08/07/2026: For my lunch break, I had some very good fish and chips. The service was very quick and efficient, and the waitress and owner were very welcoming. I recommend this little restaurant with its cool, shaded terrace and excellent daily specials and à la carte menu.

03/07/2026: For a first visit, it was flawless! We weren't used to such a welcoming atmosphere, but the lovely little terrace and the Caesar salad were very generous and delicious. In short, I highly recommend it!

19/07/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed our entire order: chicken spring rolls, spicy beef noodle soup, and spicy beef rice were all delicious. Everything is homemade; I think it's the best Chinese restaurant I've ever been to. The service is quick, and the food is traditional. A big thank you, I highly recommend it! 😉

03/07/2026: Normally I avoid Asian food when traveling Europe but tried this place during my time at Nice it holds up compared to the Chinese food I’ve eaten back into Australia. We ordered the Szechuan Pork Noodles and Pork Dumplings in Soup. Both were full of flavour and the sauce options on the side were delicious too

12/08/2026: Going to an ice cream shop, I saw perfectly presented and packaged takeaway ice creams, but (WITHOUT) it being mentioned on the label as "lactose-free" (for a Fleur de Lait ice cream...). So the cashier puts... 4 scoops in a large tub with questionable packaging. A far cry from what you see in the window as supposedly "lactose-free." In short, thanks, the ice cream was okay, but the presentation, honesty, and preservation get a zero. The spoon wasn't even washed before scooping, so you end up with bits of another flavor in it. Completely ridiculous. EDIT: See the owner's "response"... and the photos which prove that nothing indicates "lactose-free." Just do a quick internet search; a label should be clear. Regarding the spoons, I'm not making up the fact that you find another flavor. It's simply obvious. In short, dishonest and completely off the mark, ignoring the photos.

28/07/2026: This is a top quality neighborhood restaurant. Having traditional french and Niçois dishes. Prepared and served with excellence. The front is deceiving as once you walk in and move through the building it opens up to a large outside area accomodating more tables than how it appears from the front.

26/07/2026: A great spot in Nice: Brasserie L'Union! A true neighborhood brasserie, just the way we like them, with a simple and friendly atmosphere. The food is authentic, with well-executed Niçoise specialties (special mention for the homemade ravioli 👌). The portions are generous and served piping hot, perfect for a relaxed meal. The service is quick and friendly, even when it's busy. A nice bonus is the large, quiet terrace out back, which is very pleasant. I recommend it for traditional Niçoise cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere 👍

14/05/2026: I had a fantastic evening at Amalgam! The atmosphere was warm and trendy, the signature cocktails were creative and perfectly balanced, and the tapas were generous and delicious. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and offered excellent advice. A must-visit spot in Paris for after-work drinks, a night out with friends, or a date. 22/07/2026: A great find for a quick meal. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The table with chairs right next to it was perfect for eating in, with the pizza fresh from the oven. The chef was very friendly and even served us at our table.

30/03/2026: I booked the entire restaurant (intimate and beautifully decorated) for my mother's birthday. The chef, who is also the owner, is kind and incredibly welcoming. His paella is extraordinary, and his Baked Alaska with its elegant presentation was fabulous. The value for money is unbeatable. It was an absolutely fantastic evening! ☺️

09/07/2026: A wonderful discovery on Boulevard Risso. We had a delightful time enjoying these generous platters. The freshness of the fish was undeniable, especially the salmon slices served on a bed of finely sliced ​​radish. Everything was prepared with care and beautifully presented. This is a perfect spot for Japanese food lovers. We will gladly return to try the rest of the menu.

27/07/2026: A magnificent immersion into pre-war Nice and its stunning Casino – a promenade brought to life through period photographs using computer graphics. A very warm welcome. The rest of the exhibition more traditionally retraces Nice's rise to international prominence as a winter resort during the Belle Époque! Not to be missed before it closes in early September.

27/07/2026: Discovered by chance on a weekday in mid-June 2026, when there were still few tourists, we stopped for a quick lunch. The service was very pleasant, provided by "Blanche," a young woman with a great sense of humor. I had promised her a good review on Google, a little late, but here it is. As for the food, it was traditional cuisine, nothing extraordinary, but we weren't looking for a gourmet restaurant. It did the job for a good price. €30 for a main course, dessert, and a glass of wine. No complaints.

07/07/2026: After years of searching, I've finally found an excellent kebab shop in Nice! The lamb is also excellent, and the fries are homemade (which is rare). The portions are generous and the service is pleasant.
