28/03/2026: We were asking to enter around 18:30 , 29/3 2026’the waiter was very rude. He told us he has no place for no reservation, restaurant was almost empty - but the other group he let in with no reservation - we were listening to that. When we asked him why is that (we were 3 ladies) he was talking about us in french very unpolite way to the collegue. We are not french but we understand that. This restaurant was recomended to us by a friend who knows the owners. But this behaving is for us very bad. Sorry for the owners - to have such a terrible stuff. And also to talk about the guests badly in front of them - that s to be honest - something I would not tolerate. Sorry again , we really would like to enjoy the place - but to be honest with this behaving, we never come back.

28/03/2026: Amazing food, super fine high class food

01/02/2026: Extremely disappointing stay. The bathroom was in an unacceptable state: the bathtub water was cloudy and yellowish (see photo), making it impossible to wash. The problem was reported to customer service, but there was no response or solution. A complete lack of hygiene and respect for the customer.

24/01/2026: A truly wonderful stay at the BOSCOLO. The welcome, the room, and the services offered in an exceptional setting, all at excellent value for money, were all outstanding. A magical escape in the otherwise over-touristy world of Nice. What a delight!

20/01/2026: A great low-cost family restaurant with traditional French menu and friendly staff near the Gare du Sud. The food is simple but nicely prepared.

27/01/2025: We just took an order for €45 at the drive-thru once it arrived at our house, three cheeses and a McDonald's croque are missing. The team is asleep if you don't want to work, go to sleep, it's better, frankly, it's getting worse and worse before that. was very good now when you're asleep you forget things so we're going to request a refund otherwise things will be more complicated because it's good it's not the first time we'll have to start waking up!

27/01/2025: My order arrived completely drowned in drink. I was forced to make a complaint and reorder (without a drink to avoid the drama), each ingredient taken separately, all for 2 euros more. It's scandalous not knowing how to properly pack your delivery bags, and it absolutely ALWAYS happens to me at McDonald's, so I might as well tell you that I'm really sick of it.

13/01/2026: Outrageous! I'd barely walked in at 8 a.m. when a cloud of cigarette smoke hit me in the throat; it was impossible to have breakfast in those conditions! Thank goodness Brioche Dorée allowed me to eat without being polluted!

10/01/2026: Whatever you do, don't buy any galettes des rois! Today we bought a king cake that was stale and a frangipane filling that wasn't almond but applesauce! And of course, nobody tells you that when you buy it. It's a disgrace for a chain like Paul to sell such low-quality products.

08/02/2026: Terrible 👎 The €21 octopus salad was just canned beans and arugula. Three measly pieces of octopus. And it wasn't even seasoned. Most of the servers didn't speak French or English. My other friends thought it was expensive for what was on their plates. The portions were ridiculous. This used to be an excellent family restaurant. They kept the same name after the change of ownership. They didn't even bother to change the location and turn it into a tourist trap: SHAME ON YOU. 🤌🏻 We didn't stay for dessert.

14/12/2025: If you’re looking for a restaurant right in the heart of Nice’s old town, this is a great choice. It has a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere and a varied menu with plenty of cuisines to suit different tastes. I chose the lamb chops, which were absolutely divine and cooked perfectly. Prices for meals are very reasonable, especially considering the location and quality. One thing to note: if you’re dining in the evening, it’s worth bringing a jacket. The narrow streets can get chilly, and while there are gas heaters, an extra layer will make the experience far more comfortable.

10/07/2025: Terminal 1, upstairs. Le bar, restaurant closed?? Pre made and heated onsite. Horrible for 28eur/dish.

14/03/2026: Honestly, the pizzas are fantastic, much better than the sandwiches. And the young woman at the till is absolutely lovely, super kind and helpful; she takes the time with everyone, which is really nice. In short, a great place I'll definitely be back to.

20/01/2026: Never a smile at reception, but it's not a big deal, except when you come in and ask for no mushrooms, it would be nice if they didn't drown the pizza in them. Last time I had to remind them, and I'm glad I did because they hadn't written "no mushrooms," but this is ridiculous. We spent five minutes removing everything, help!

07/09/2025: Terrible pizza, prefer to eat frozen pizza, order on Uber Eats, cardboard dough, cheese that looks like plastic, tasteless olives, in short, avoid at all costs.

01/04/2026: Clearly you haven't changed—and I quote—"the manufacturing process" (lol) of your pan bagnat! Luckily, the saleswomen are nice enough to make up for it.

22/03/2026: Back in Cimiez after 10 years... we just had to go back to Multari... the pan bagnat was excellent and the cereal sandwich was amazing... we went back before leaving and they were all gone... a victim of its own success. Thanks for the free can of soda.

07/04/2026: The restaurant is still partially open for drive-thru service. I found myself inside because nothing was closed or marked off, even though the restaurant is undergoing renovations. They're removing all the glass LED panels, and the glass dust is getting into the kitchen and onto the food. And they still dare to serve customers! It's totally outrageous. There are no controls whatsoever, food is being prepared without gloves, and there are no covers for the work. All the glass dust is getting into the kitchen and onto the food. They dare to sell this for us to eat; it's clearly a food safety scandal. Where are the hygiene and inspections?

06/04/2026: Arriving at 11:30 on April 6th, we placed our order and used the wait to wash our hands. There was no soap in the restroom, so we asked at the counter if it could be refilled. It took 10 minutes for the message to be relayed, 10 minutes for an employee to go to the restroom… still no soap… and another 5 minutes for the soap to be changed. Our food was cold. The staff seemed inconvenienced. A word of advice: hire a different kind of staff…
