26/05/2026: A very pleasant experience, the room and bed were very comfortable, the food was excellent, the staff were smiling and attentive, a little noisy but that's the price of a superb central location, ideally less than a minute from the beach and all the shops.

24/05/2026: Excellent location right on the promenade. Hotel alittle old but the staff is very helpful.

09/06/2026: Stopped in here for a drink, and we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and great cocktails. With happy hour from 3-8 each day, Dolce Caffe is a great place to stop in for a drink, with an offering of tapas.

27/06/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant yesterday; the dishes were delicious, from salade niçoise to steak tartare, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and the staff was incredibly attentive. Excellent!

25/05/2026: Café Musain!!!...top!!!...I highly recommend it...best margarita in Nice, no exaggeration!!! I mean it!!!...the welcome and service were impeccable...an exceptional address...#Perfect!!!! The food, what can I say!! Excellent!! The best salmon I've had in Nice...leek fondue that melts in your mouth with an explosion of salmon roe...edible flowers "hot stuff"!! Impressed by how perfectly the salmon was cooked!! For lovers of real cuisine...the place to be!!!!

04/07/2026: I used to order regularly a few years ago; it was very, very good. Since then, the pizzas have gone up in price and the toppings have shrunk considerably. And I decided to give it another try after a recent disappointment—well, unfortunately, it was inedible. I won't be going back.

05/08/2026: We waited 15 minutes for the waiter to order water and a menu. The water arrived fairly quickly, but we waited about 40 minutes for lunch. We waited 40 minutes for the children's menu!!! We received the rest of our portions 55 minutes after we ordered!!!! The restaurant was at 30 percent capacity, and there was loud shouting from the staff near the kitchen. We were there for lunch on 5/8/26.

17/05/2026: The saleswoman is charming, radiant, and definitely makes you want to buy everything! The gentleman, on the other hand, is haughty and appalling! He has absolutely no concept of customer service! But it's certainly not his fault, as empathy is simply not in his nature... oh well! Oh, and I almost forgot, the products were delicious...

17/05/2026: Exceptional caterer. Ordered online and picked up at the Paul Bocuse market. The quality was fantastic, from the appetizers to the birthday cake and the delicious main courses! Everyone loved it!

05/05/2026: I had a chicken sandwich at 7pm; you can tell they're from the morning, the bread is dry and there's no sauce or flavor.

13/07/2026: We have just had the most wonderful stay at the Mercure Nice Promenade des Anglais and I honestly can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The team on reception were exceptional – always smiling, friendly and happy to help with any questions we had. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they really made our family feel valued throughout our stay. Breakfast was fantastic every morning, with an excellent selection of fresh, high-quality food. The breakfast staff were so attentive and welcoming, making each morning a lovely start to the day. A special mention has to go to the housekeeping team, who completely won our hearts. We were travelling with our four-year-old son, and every day they carefully arranged his favourite toy in a different funny position around the room, making it look as though it had come to life while we were out exploring Nice. Watching our son discover what his toy had been "up to" each afternoon became one of the highlights of our holiday and created such magical family memories. It's those thoughtful little touches that you simply can't put a price on. Finally, on our departure day, our son fell asleep just before checkout. Rather than rushing us, the hotel very kindly allowed us to keep the room a little longer so he could finish his nap. As parents, this small act of kindness made a huge difference and perfectly sums up the level of care and understanding shown by the staff throughout our stay. The location couldn't be better, right on the Promenade des Anglais and within easy walking distance of the Old Town, beach and countless restaurants. Thank you to everyone at the Mercure Nice Promenade des Anglais for making our family holiday so special. We will leave with wonderful memories and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Nice.
