29/08/2026: Google says the open at 10am, arrived at 11:15am, bagels were cooked and in the window. Was told I couldn't buy a bagel before noon. Since this is a speciality bagel shop why not say your open at noon so other don't walk for 30 minutes to get turned away.

29/08/2026: Disappointed with my visit here… The setting and decor are great, but the food was just average… The portions were a bit small for the price (90€ for 5 people, mind you): a tiny ramekin of fries, a mini pot of sauce. My bread wasn't fresh, almost stale…

10/09/2026: A mistake in the preparation; the drink and sauces were fine, but all the hot food must have been for another customer, and of course, for takeout. So next time I'll check on-site... actually, no, there won't be a next time!

31/08/2026: 1. I ordered fries (large), not full, and less full than a medium fries! Same for the McFlurry, €4.20 for something half full! 2. Tonight, I got takeout, the drink container wasn't properly closed, I tried to take the drink out of the bag, and EVERYTHING spilled! I couldn't salvage anything! It's so disappointing to spend money on something and not get your money's worth. Why charge for things if they can't at least present the product properly?! Ugh

22/08/2026: We ordered two McFlurries at 6:07 PM. It literally takes two minutes to make. We waited 20 minutes or more before we got them. I should point out that the McDonald's was practically empty. This is unacceptable.

31/08/2026: I was here in the evening and my experience was an absolute disaster... Because there was no one at the counter, I went to order at the self-service checkout and since I wanted to pay in cash, I waited about 5 minutes just for someone to notice me so I could pay. Then I had to wait another 15-20 minutes for 4 cheeseburgers with the fryers constantly beeping and I had to ask the waiter to give me my order. After a great experience at the branch in the center, this was a really terrible experience for me.

07/05/2026: This hotel make my trip really special! The staff are kind and respectful, room was clean and room service was good, location is great and room view as well, also the spa was amazing, I like this experience and I would repeat it someday

Rude and unprofessional front desk team especially the morning shift 2 ladies Maria and Gada impolite missing all hospitality manners... Asked several times to speak to front desk manager.... As if I was asking to speak with God representative I strongly disrecommand this hotel A big thanks to the concierge Sébastien who did a great job
