09/12/2025: We got free burgers. The fries were hot. Fast service.

09/12/2025: Tasted it, it's cheesy. New. It's a keeper, very good.

10/12/2025: What a disaster, where do I even begin? Meals at the restaurant: incomplete order, two Cokes, one of which was a diet (they didn't differentiate between the two), and one was supposed to have ice, but there was none. Then my 15-year-old son accidentally cut himself slightly with their equipment: no dressing was available to clean the wound, and above all, absolutely NO consideration for the person, no empathy. They told me, "This has never happened before." Well, it did this time. My son didn't eat, neither did my partner, and we ended up in the emergency room for three hours to get the wound stitched!

12/12/2025: Takeout order. The children's three toys and the Stranger Things glass were missing! This is very unfortunate. It's impossible to reach them by phone; it just goes to voicemail. In short, a disappointment.

10/12/2025: My order took forever to arrive, I honestly don't understand the service. Don't go there if you're hungry, it's so slow! On top of that, they forgot my nuggets and when I told them, they said I'd have to wait. Seriously incompetent there, and the portion size is stingy, frankly.

08/12/2025: "Hotel Regent Petit France in Strasbourg – an excellent hotel, centrally located and with superb facilities. The ambiance is first-class and the service is exactly as one would wish. Highly recommended!"

06/12/2025: During Covid, everyone was crying on social media: "Let us work!" So they started making deliveries. We, at work, were happy, we ordered, everyone was satisfied. Business is picking up again, and they're singing a different tune. They're telling us to get lost for an order of almost €120 (and yes, we're starving at work!). Claiming no delivery driver available... right in the middle of rush hour... (for an order that has to be delivered at 6:30 pm, someone needs to explain the rush to me). Anyway. They prefer money to supporting those who supported them during Covid... Several of us have stopped going there. On principle.

29/11/2025: I organized a surprise birthday party for my partner at this restaurant. We were expecting 40 people, but in the end, there were only 19… and yet, the owner gave me the exact same level of service and attention as if there had been 40 of us! He was very involved in the organization: choosing the main course, the dessert, the wine… He truly did everything to make the evening perfect. We ate and drank very well. The welcome was warm, and the staff was very friendly. We were already familiar with the restaurant for their à la carte menu, but due to the small number of guests, we had a set menu: vol-au-vent. The chef outdid himself; they were excellent. And what can I say about the dessert… A homemade chocolate fondant—you could really taste the quality. A true delight! Thank you for the warm welcome and professionalism. We had a very pleasant time at your establishment!

09/12/2025: This McDonald's is a disgrace. I never get a complete order or hot food. At the price of the meal, it's unacceptable. I'm boycotting it and will spread the word far and wide, although in my opinion, it's unnecessary given the poor quality of service.

09/12/2025: Table service was unavailable, with four people milling around behind the counter. I waited 15 minutes for two cold sandwiches, a cold and undercooked French fry, and a milkshake...all this at 11:30 am with only two other customers in the restaurant.

15/10/2025: You can play pétanque. If it's still available, on Mondays there's a buy-one-get-one-free burger, which might be a good idea for students. However, it's quite busy, so orders take a while to arrive.

13/09/2025: Mediocre service. The staff made a mistake with an order. When we politely commented, the waitress threw our plate on the table and left. As the evening progressed, the waitress walked by us, huffing and puffing, without us understanding why. The final straw came when we got the bill, where a Wégé hot dog was charged at the same price as a burger, i.e. €7 more. Of the eight orders, six arrived cold. The first orders arrived 30 minutes before the last (unfriendly). I do not recommend.
