However, a major drawback was the manager, who spoke very loudly in the kitchen, audible from the tables, and wasn't very considerate of his team in his comments.
As a customer, this was very disappointing.
Sir, as a manager, if you have remarks to make to employees during service, please be more discreet…

11/03/2026: Since the name changed, the service is unfortunately not as good as before; many things have been removed from the menu, which is a shame, but overall it's still good.
11/03/2026: My partner and I came this weekend and we won't be back... The waiter was filthy (black fingernails, filthy clothes), the food: supposedly spicy onion rings, a poor-quality rib for the price, cheddar cheese on the fries 🤣 there was so much on the fries, and for dessert, tasteless churros except maybe for the taste of oil... We left praying we wouldn't get sick. Only the decor was nice.

14/03/2026: On Saturday, March 14th, around 10pm, there were almost no orders in progress and we waited 25 minutes for two small burgers. There was only one person working and four just watching. For a fast food restaurant, this is very disappointing…

The cleanliness of the establishment leaves much to be desired, especially the tables and restrooms.
Orders are often missing items.
I've been to this establishment several times and have been very disappointed.
07/03/2026: I've ordered from the drive-through several times now, and the orders are never complete. Not only are items missing, but they're also cold. It's unacceptable that I have to check my order. I won't be going back there. Very disappointed.

01/03/2026: This "restaurant" takes the longest to serve, especially at the drive-thru; the click and collect service is best left unmentioned. There's always something missing from the order. It needs a complete overhaul.
