13/03/2026: Very mixed feelings... The food was very good, the bread was excellent, there's not much to complain about, but the service... DO NOT GO THERE WITH A BABY, they will not be welcome. The waiter was very unpleasant, didn't explain the concept, didn't even look at me, his head glued to his tablet. Yes, it was a busy weekend, but I think there's a minimum level of politeness one should have. And to top it all off, when I wanted to change my 3-month-old baby in the restroom, the waiter and another waitress told me, "What are you doing here? Go change him outside!"... I was literally sent outside to change my baby, on the sidewalk in 5-degree weather, because there wasn't enough space in the restroom and I was blocking access for other customers...
The concept, however, seemed very "family-friendly."

17/05/2026: The service in the kitchen needs improvement; they should clear the tables to create more space, as the space is small. Also, the non-alcoholic cocktails need improvement; they have no flavor at €5.90. And the glasses should be better—a macchalo glass is pointless.

21/05/2026: I came to your restaurant today and I'm very disappointed with the quality of the food. The burger was cold, half-baked cheese. I understand there's a crisis, but this is unacceptable. Furthermore, a tall, dark-haired waiter told us he seemed delighted we were there—of course, that was sarcasm.
You should review the quality of your products and also the staff you hire. I won't be returning to your restaurant, believe me.

10/05/2026: An establishment I definitely wouldn't recommend.
I can understand that it's difficult at 10 PM because it's the end of the day.
The hamburger was cold, and the fries were even worse.
The restaurant closes at 11 PM, and at 10:30 PM they turn off the lights and you finish eating in the dark. The staff wasn't great and wasn't friendly.
09/05/2026: The menu was half cold.
The place has been in poor condition since my last visit; they must have changed cleaning staff since then? The bathroom floor was slippery with toilet paper everywhere. The lobby floor was dirty, and the areas between the tables and benches weren't great.
However, the service was quite fast, with most of the staff being young, smiling, and energetic.
