20/11/2025: We were immediately warmly welcomed by the owner in a very inviting and tasteful setting. The menu is short, well-crafted, and the dishes are quite refined. The chef's cuisine is imaginative without being overly adventurous. Lunch is reasonably priced, while dinner is more expensive (from €40 to €75 depending on the set menu). Cheese is the only extra (€5). They offer local and international wines. A lovely place.

This small establishment, set like a secret at the foot of the Ardèche, invites you on a gastronomic expedition where every bite is an adventure. Here, everything exudes authenticity, from the elegant simplicity of the place to the discreet smile of the staff. But it’s on the plate that the odyssey really begins. The products, drawn from the heart of the terroir, are a tribute to the soil, the seasons and the hands that cultivate them. We let ourselves be surprised by the power of the flavors, by the precision of the cooking which reveals, without ever betraying, the natural richness of each ingredient. Vegetables, the humble heroes of this feast, are taken to heights that were thought to be reserved for great meats and fish. And everything is accompanied by a harmony that only the respectful silence of the room can appreciate. At Coloquintes, we remember that eating is an act of gratitude, a way of saying thank you to the earth that nourishes us. We leave there like we come back from a trip, a little lighter, a little wiser.

26/09/2024: Manon's bistro is simply delicious. The dishes are cooked only with local, quality products. At the end of the meal, the meeting with the chef who is passionate about her job and the server who takes great care of her customers was a pleasant moment of conviviality. Too bad this restaurant is not located in my city.

20/09/2024: A real restaurant as we like them. Welcome, atmosphere and above all home-made cuisine from A to Z. A real treat and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.
