26/09/2023: Following a report on TF1 which praised Beatrix's ice cream, taking advantage of a stay in the Ardèche gorges, we stopped by for a drink. My wife took a Milano cut and I hesitated between one made with raspberries and the favorite cut. The waitress recommended the chouchou. I listened to it and what a disappointment. The scoop of peanut ice cream is very good as well as the chocolate and whipped cream, as for the peanut and chouchou, it was terrible! Very or rather too sweet. the peanuts had a rancid taste and the peanuts were extremely hard. I had this rancid taste that came up for the rest of the day. As for the Milano cut, it was the hazelnuts that had this rancid taste, so, same result, this rancid taste remained for the rest of the day. Disappointed ? Yes! but, it is also bad luck because perhaps due to the end of the season.

04/04/2024: The pizzas are very good, a very pleasant crust. Quality products. I recommend ravioli to die for, great... The only downside is the noise during busy periods and this TV which broadcasts tunes that no one listens to. Could we stop it at least for meals, and put it back on for evenings and afternoons?

04/04/2024: Really a top pizzeria that limits itself to pizzas and tarte flambée/white pizzas. The ambience is lovingly designed with lots of beautiful details. The service is not inferior....simply great!!!

08/03/2024: A somewhat old-fashioned looking hotel at first glance. However, everything is very well renovated. The standards are perfectly respected in terms of equipment which all works well, as well as the quality of the rooms and that of the restaurant service. Hearty and varied breakfast. The welcome is relaxed and friendly. In short, a very professional establishment with better value for money than chain hotels. Reservation by email is very responsive, so no need to go through reservation platforms. Contact them directly, you will have made the right choice.
