We had the choice between around ten hot ciabata sandwiches, rather elaborate and sought after flavors that we did not know, which brings an original touch to traditional sandwiches. The welcome from the owner was very warm as were these dishes. We have adored ! I recommend it for a quick break between two visits

29/07/2023: Really awesome triple cheese burger with liquid cheese on the inside and an omelette on top. The hammer. I would have liked to get the Big Kahuna platter, but that's for 8 people. Great atmosphere. Unfortunately there are no milkshakes here. But the best burgers.

02/05/2024: I came to the Royal Hotel in 2018, it was grandeur and decadence (toilets that were constantly leaking and clogged, we couldn't open the locks).
The hotel has been redone and it is much better! The furniture doesn't really match the style in the downstairs rooms.
But good !

The food is not exceptional, but it is good. Very generous dish, we had couscous and a salad.
Bistro atmosphere, not very busy
More for tourists. Not for Foodie
Service, to be reviewed. But maybe that's normal, since it wasn't very busy.
14/04/2024: We are from Auxerre and we came for lunch on Saturday April 13 with my mother and my 16 month old son, in a stroller. Everything was perfect, we were very well received and made to feel comfortable with my baby so that our lunch was a pleasant moment for us, as for my baby. Waiters who listen to us and are very pleasant, and delicious cuisine, very fine, really very very good. THANKS ! We will come back with pleasure.

Too bad there is no delivery service…nor on-site service
