The meal was excellent, we enjoyed ourselves. Average price per person in the evening (a menu plus aperitif) 25 euros.. the carpet on the floor is not new but the atmosphere and the food are worth it.

20 minutes of waiting for 2 pitas, customers arriving after us who left before us.
Bad surprise: a disgusting cheese sauce present in my sandwich and which is not indicated anywhere, rubbery meat, few fries and the pot of sauce whose top is dried.
I was going to give 2 stars for the understanding of the saleswoman who made my pita again without cheese sauce but once home no sauce, dripping with fat and extremely grilled meat.
Not to mention the saleswoman on the phone for a personal conversation WHILE she prepares the food.
A shame.

It would be nice to have one pot of tea per cup and not sharing with several people.
15/02/2024: Stopped for a quick lunch on a long drive across France, choosing it because it looked nice from the outside. Inside it's like stepping back into the late 70s/early 80s with lots of gold, marble, and mirrors everywhere - it's amazing.
Lunch menu was typically French: croque Monsieur/Madame, omelettes, sandwiches, etc. We had a selection of dishes and all were very tasty, cooked perfectly, and decent portions. The house wine was fine and they also had a decent selection of beers. Service was attentive but Gallicly unhurried!
I imagine it's way more bustling in summer and the outdoor seating looked like it would be very pleasant to while away and afternoon.
Would very happily eat here again.
