30/03/2024: Very nicely decorated restaurant. The service is very attentive. Unfortunately, the food didn't score points for us.
28/03/2024: Passing through Troyes, arriving 20 minutes before the service stopped, wonderful welcome for a late dinner where other colleagues refused us!
The chosen dish was a treat with an authentic and historic establishment, in short a perfect dinner.

04/04/2024: Nice restaurant, next door Mercure hotel Troyes. Ordered table via app. Upon entering, immediately welcome and nice waiters. The food is excellent. Excellent house wine. At the end of your dinner, you hardly see any waiters anymore, they are eating themselves. Downside, so 1 star less on the service. We wanted to order something, but no one came. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner, as is the center of Troyes

05/03/2024: One of the best restaurants in Troyes city center. The burger is succulent, the andouillette with chaource sauce is a treat, the desserts are exquisite, and a beautiful wine list completes it all.
In addition, the room and the general atmosphere are very pleasant. Efficient, professional and very friendly waiters. I recommend 100%

25/03/2024: Very good restaurant. Sophisticated cuisine that is sometimes pleasantly innovative. Deserves the name gastronomy with a very good quality/price ratio. Service at the height of the cuisine. I recommend without hesitation.
19/03/2024: Very good, efficient waitress despite the fact that there is a floor to make for each shipment.. the andouillette is delicious its sauce softens its taste which sometimes can be salty or strong.. I would have liked more starchy potatoes 🥔 green beans etc.
Overall it was a very good time. We will come back if possible to deepen the andouillette 😋

05/04/2024: We are English and went in early April so not as busy. We were sat in a blind corner even though it was not busy. There was no ambience and very quiet.
FOOD: Scallops had grit in them, but they were very well cooked with nice sauce. Ballotine was bland with basic leaf salad. Overcooked and dry bread. Steak was very tasty, and perfectly cooked. Desserts were very tasty.
SERVICE: The service was unwelcoming. They were quick to collect unfinished starters, but inattentive to our needs.
WARNING: The prices on the menu do not include taxes so that was an unpleasant surprise.
27/03/2024: Restaurant that lives up to its reputation, the dishes were excellent from start to finish! The mix of flavors and these ingredients that could appeal go very well. Congratulations to the brigade and the service.

This restaurant is run by enthusiasts and it shows. We had a very pleasant culinary experience, in a very well decorated place with a superb atmosphere.
