20/09/2024: Small coffee break on the terrace facing the small port of Castelnaudary. Excellent coffee. Very friendly service and I would like to point out the extreme kindness of the boss who came the day after my bike ride to bring me back my forgotten jacket. He personally went to the Carcassonne station to bring it back to me. This is very rare and deserves to be highlighted. Thank you very much again sir! See you next time with pleasure in your establishment.

24/09/2024: A lovely little restaurant on the quayside! The food is delicious and the service perfect. We showed up at the end of the service with a lovely waitress who agreed to welcome us and served us with kindness and an exceptional smile! Thank you again for your welcome!

18/09/2024: Very good homemade cassoulet with an authentic homemade taste. The hotel also has a shop that sells cooked dishes and the ingredients that compose them. Very good address
15/09/2024: Passing through, for one night, arrived at 7:30 p.m. after 500km, we had booked, we were told that the half board meals are at 7 p.m. they will have to hurry up, the bacon cassoulet and duck duck, lots of tasteless, unsalted beans , meal 45 minutes, limited breakfast, for 158€ I do not recommend

19/07/2024: Best Asian restaurant in Castelnaudary! Evening Japanese menu in a quiet, air-conditioned restaurant, really very good and very friendly. Really appreciated. Recommended for a romantic meal! Also offers catering services as several people came to collect takeaway meals. Evening menu at €26 and very large choice. Fresh, quiet, excellent value for money!

The dough was a little thick but they were good.

What a shame they were so good. Now it's ridiculously thin on toppings. Everything that made these pizzas beautiful is no longer there. All that remains is the dough which is still good. In short, I won't go anymore

20/09/2024: C'est dommage ! L'endroit est très sympa, sur une péniche, sur le canal du Midi à l'ombre des parasols, que demander de mieux quand il fait chaud, c'est super agréable...
La magie s'arrête là ! Côté cuisine, déception !
Gambas insipides, entrecôte sans saveur sans aucune tenue, cassoulet nul ! On est au pays du cassoulet, BRAVO !
Il manque un cuistot dans ce resto.
12/09/2024: Étape à Castelnaudary sur la route de Paris. Quel plaisir de dîner au bord du canal du midi par une belle soirée. Accueil sympathique et service rapide. La cuisine est simple mais correcte pour un prix raisonnable. Et comme je vous l'ai dit au début un plaisir de manger sur l'eau.

12/09/2024: Far too long a wait, for 4 cars at the drive-thru = 50 minutes of waiting. We have been waiting like this for several times already.
Click and collect ditto.
08/09/2024: Waiting more than 40 minutes for this service by staff that couldn't be more unpleasant
Except when paying the bill, at that moment I was treated to a smile...
Well and to finish it was not good, the meat tastes stale, it's cold, the salad in the burgers is not good, paid for it I can honestly do it myself and for less money, so I don't thank you for this deplorable dining experience

We went there one evening at the beginning of August...to taste a good cassoulet and we were not disappointed...it was very good...quite chic restaurant with fabric tablecloth and menu to download on QR...

Entrée charcuterie très copieux décoration industriel très jolie
On se sent très bien dans ce petit resto avec la présence de mamie et l'amour et le respect de sa petite fille
On repassera avec un grand plaisir
25/07/2024: Nous venons depuis toujours dans ce routier. A midi, le menu à 15€ entrée plat dessert vin compris. Service rapide, jolie rerrasse à l'arrière. Atmosphère familiale. Bon, copieux, pas cher. C'est trop bien.

29/06/2024: De passage, nous souhaitons déjeuner pour déguster le cassoulet de Castelnaudary. L objectif à été atteint car nous avons apprécié le CASSOULET avec sa salade, excellent. Un café gourmand pour clore le repas composé de 4 desserts différents également succulents.
Vous êtes servis sur une nappe blanche, serviette tissu, très apprécies et la bonne humeur et le professionnalisme des personnels ne font qu agrémenter votre repas.
Bonne maison.

La qualité de fourchette est juste parfaite !
Les gin's sont excellents et très bien réalisés.
La terrasse est très agréable, elle offre à coup sure un joli coucher de soleil en été.
15/07/2024: Accueil sympathique, viandes de qualité, service rapide et convivial. Nous avions entendu parler de leurs viandes maturées et nous n'avons pas été déçus.
