23/10/2025: Excellent couscous in a warm atmosphere.

21/09/2025: Very bad experience. I had ordered two portions of lamb couscous to take away, announced at €24 per portion on the phone and displayed at the same price on the restaurant's blackboard. When it came to paying, the price had suddenly increased to €54 on the pretext that a lamb shank had been added. I explained to the manager that this was not justified since it was lamb couscous after all and that she should have announced it to us on the phone and not changed the price at the last minute when we came to collect the dish. She immediately became angry and told me that if I did not want to pay the price she had just announced, she would remove the shank from the dish. She then started to open the dish and try to remove the shank, which is totally inappropriate and unprofessional. In addition, the hygiene leaves something to be desired (linen and underwear lying in the middle of the restaurant). A shocking attitude that made me leave without my meal, very disappointed by this lack of respect and seriousness.

05/03/2026: A local restaurant run by welcoming and friendly people, good and hearty meals with a reasonable bill, I recommend it!

11/03/2026: Today I bought a pine nut tart, a specialty of Gruissan. I had the impression that it wasn't very fresh, and this isn't the first time, so I was disappointed.

03/03/2026: As regular customers of your bakery, we would appreciate an explanation for the inconsistency in quality. From excellent to inedible... from fresh to frozen without any warning!? The pain au chocolat is sometimes fresh... sometimes frozen... surely to fill a gap, but the price remains the same. The Sunday lumberjack bread is inedible... And sometimes it's a different story. It would be good to consider some consistency in your service to show a little consideration for your customers. A few months after our move, I came... the cookie was so hard it was inedible... on the plus side, the girls replaced it without any problem and were even aware of the issue... I took a crepe instead... or rather, an undercooked pancake. Truly deplorable, except for the friendly welcome from the two girls. I've given them many chances, but that's it for the pastries and viennoiseries.

23/03/2026: My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Chateau Le Bouis. The suite was beautiful and comfortable, wine tasting in the cellar was enjoyable, and dinner was delicious. We found the staff to be friendly and gracious. We definitely hope to return!

15/03/2026: We had a wonderful time; the rooms with sea views are lovely. The only slight drawback is that the Wi-Fi in the rooms isn't strong enough, so it's not available. The evening meal was very enjoyable. And the brunch is truly generous and delicious, with an extraordinary view. The spa activity, located a little further away, with brunch and spa access, is really well-designed and makes for a great Sunday. I highly recommend it.

01/03/2026: Overall, it's good! But the problem we encountered was the wait time... almost two hours to be served... so it's all well and good to have a large capacity, but you have to be able to handle it! The kitchen and the dining room staff do what they can, but they're not magicians, are they, manager? ;) I'll still come back though! It's very good value for money!

23/03/2026: We had a wonderful time together... The seafood was excellent and the view breathtaking. We received a very warm welcome. We will definitely be back.

01/10/2025: It would be wise to update the information here on Google from time to time. We were looking forward to a lovely walk along the beach followed by a visit to the beach bar, but there's no such thing...

15/12/2025: There were hardly any people there when we tried a cocktail during happy hour. €7 for a mojito—you wonder where the happy hour is, but honestly, I've never seen such a bad cocktail. Big ice cubes instead of crushed ice, no rum. That's an expensive virgin mojito. The place is nice, but the quality is poor. It's a shame to try and cut corners when there's hardly anyone there. In short, there are better options at the port, like Oasis, which serves admittedly more expensive cocktails, but the presentation is much better! Edit: You can try to muddy the waters all you want. A mojito is never served with big ice cubes. Perhaps you should hire qualified staff or train them. I simply think it's more profitable for you to minimize the quantities. You have a 3.9/5 rating, which is really average. Surprisingly, for someone who seems to be the only one complaining, many of us find the cocktails tasteless and the service subpar. Unfortunately, this business isn't for everyone!

02/09/2025: The bar is a bit old, especially the furniture outside, and the wait to be served is very long and you have to pay inside the bar. However, the drinks are cheap. It's also shameful that it closes on September 1st, as there are plenty of holidaymakers in September.
