20/03/2026: We discovered this place on the recommendation of our daughter. We were delighted by the warm welcome from the young owner, who was very kind and attentive.
The dishes (starter, main course, dessert) were delicious, original but not overdone, and prepared in a traditional style. The value for money is quite reasonable, considering the generous portions.
The decor is lovely, very green with beautiful plants.
We highly recommend it and will definitely return.

From appetizer to dessert, everything is a true delight: fresh, local produce, perfectly balanced, expertly prepared, and exquisitely refined flavors that fully justify the €50 price tag of the menu we chose.
Add to that a warm welcome and attentive service in a charming yet unpretentious setting, and you have a truly enjoyable and indulgent experience. A wonderful place to discover!
05/04/2026: Excellent restaurant! Every dish, from appetizer to dessert, was superb, in terms of presentation, preparation, and quantity. The service was also top-notch; there was no pressure, and we took our time to savor our meals and enjoy the pleasant covered terrace. As for the prices, they were very reasonable; we chose the €35 set menu plus wines. We highly recommend this excellent and enjoyable restaurant.

11/03/2026: I hope it's as welcoming as it was when I went before. The menu offers a good selection, but not too much. Excellent value for money. The interior decor is pleasant, and there's a lovely shaded outdoor terrace overlooking the Gruissan lagoon. Definitely worth a visit, as everything is delicious.

The cottage is very welcoming; you immediately feel at home. The owners are incredibly kind, always attentive, and available if needed. The peace and quiet are truly wonderful—no noise at all, allowing for complete relaxation.
The location is ideal: just a 30-minute walk from the village of Gruissan, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The sea view from the restaurant is a real bonus!
Free parking is available, which is very convenient.
I highly recommend it; we will gladly return!

Château de Bouis is a true haven of peace. Nestled among the vines, the place invites you to unwind from the moment you arrive, with its magnificent and soothing natural setting.
The Pinède room is very comfortable, perfectly equipped, and tastefully decorated – you immediately feel at home.
A big thank you also to the staff, whose welcome was both efficient and delightful. Their kindness and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend it for a peaceful and serene getaway.

11/04/2026: A truly warm welcome, attentive and always pleasant staff. We spent some excellent evenings in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
We weren't from the area, just passing through on vacation, and this casino was definitely a great find. We had a really good time, with several nice wins during our evenings… even if we didn't take it all home with us 😄 Special mention for the complimentary afternoon tea on Sunday (cakes and fruit juice), as well as the aperitif and evening buffet – very thoughtful touches.
A dynamic, welcoming, and truly enjoyable casino to discover. We highly recommend it!

23/04/2026: Parking is a nightmare if vehicle is higher than 1.9 and therefor we could not attend your restaurant. Surely there must be a solution for restaurants or businesses owners to offer parking to customers with vehicles above 1.9. It seems the municipal is so obsessed to keep 1.9 out that they chase others clients away- there are better solutions - a gate and key to restaurant? Or an entry ticket and payment above 1.9, or a swinging boom for low season, but merely chasing your clients away - even out of season when all are already slow, municipal not acting in business best interest.

09/09/2024: 2 pizzas and a mussels and fries chicken at my request at the top. Thank you chef, and thank you to the waitresses who were able to adapt to the request. I highly recommend.
