01/09/2026: A disappointing dinner in a magnificent location. Pate en croûte too salty, fish well cooked but with a sauce I could have found anywhere else. Veges steamed or boiled, too salty as well. Desserts looked good but I had already reached 100 euros and didn't feel like spending more. Staff very professional, location by the Versailles castle is magnificent.

25/08/2026: Unfriendly staff... they were in a rush to make us spend money, which isn't normal. It all depends on my budget... and don't even bother trying to learn French... we're customers, just like their community, you can see the difference... and the welcome... we're not at home, it's a joke! I'm French, from Nice... I can see the difference... where's the tolerance? The welcome needs improvement... ...

15/08/2026: Very disturbing. We saw them put a new frozen stack of kebab meat on the spit with the plastic wrapping still on it. Maybe they forgot to remove it, but seeing the plastic heating up with the food was disgusting and made us leave. Very disturbing. 23/08/2026: A very long meal (he was alone for almost 4 hours) and a set menu with no prices listed!! The bill, however, was very steep!!

13/08/2026: An address you'd rather keep secret. You don't stumble upon this place by chance: following all the rave reviews on Google, we ended up at Pierre-Luc's, a terrace perched high above Eze, far from the tourist bustle of the town center. The dishes are fresh, cooked with taste and passion, the ingredients meticulously bought and selected that very morning at the market or from neighboring farmers. And the price is fair! In addition to being an exceptional host and cook, Jean-Luc is also an incredible musician: he knew just how to create the perfect atmosphere to make the evening unforgettable. Julie, who helps him with the service, is incredibly kind, gentle, and admirably professional. I can only recommend it without hesitation. August 2026 update: This is one of those restaurants you never forget, one you recommend to anyone who will listen, and one we will now make a detour to every year on our way to our holidays.

07/09/2026: Good atmosphere, restaurant is outdoors (and can be covered) and across the promenade. Service was very good: servers were attentive, provided good recommendations and were cordial. Food was good, portions larger expected. Was the flavour of the food exceptional, no, but it was good and reasonable for the price.
