26/04/2026: Stradivarius at the InterContinental Chantilly is a wonderful spot. The dining room is warm and elegant, and the food is simply outstanding. Service is professional and friendly, though the pacing felt a touch rushed. A few more minutes between courses would make for a perfect experience. Highly recommend!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

18/07/2026: We thank the owner of this establishment for turning us away for a stag do due to discrimination, I quote: "caps or jogging pants prohibited." What a lovely mentality!

18/07/2026: This establishment has only one goal: to maximize profits at any cost. It's considered a restaurant but regularly operates like a nightclub, causing significant noise pollution for residents within a 500-meter radius. This is especially true in the summer, as it's incredibly difficult to keep the windows closed due to the heat, making it impossible to sleep before 2:00 AM at the earliest, and sometimes even later than 3:00 AM during music festivals. It's also extremely disruptive during football matches because, as usual, the sound is so loud that you feel like you're right there, even though, as the crow flies, we're only about 400 to 500 meters away. From my house, the sound level is measured at between 70 and 80 decibels, which is frankly inappropriate for sleeping and for a restaurant in the city center. Nightclub or restaurant, you have to choose... P.S.: I read in an article in Le Parisien that this establishment had already been closed for 10 days for the same reason. It seems the owner still hasn't learned his lesson...

22/05/2026: A delicious evening at Léon's, the icing on the cake was Amin's warm and professional welcome. He was incredibly attentive. Keep him! Just one small complaint: the fries used to be much better.

04/05/2026: I was doing trip from London to Europe, amazing breakfast and coffe, service was beautiful done b amazing girl and amazing chef i guess, i only i forgot to mention i like the eggs cook nice and soft, the place was amazing inside very traditional BT i just want to say thank you

28/04/2026: The service was very, too slow. I got my coffee quickly, but our brunch arrived 30 minutes later, so we arrived outside our allotted time slot at the castle :( The atmosphere and decor are outdated! I don't recommend it.

03/07/2026: The price is a disgrace considering the products and service.

28/06/2026: The food wasn't good enough for the price, there were fewer choices than before, the couscous was tasty but the wild boar was dry, and the restaurant wasn't bright enough; we ate in the dark. The stars reflecting off the floor made us dizzy, but otherwise the decor was nice. The employee in Yvelines was very pleasant and friendly; it's thanks to her that I'm giving it 3 stars. As for the drinks service, I had to go to the bar myself because they never came to collect my drink receipts. Quite disappointed.
