(Edit regarding your feedback: We all wanted lamb dishes, but you didn't have any in stock, so we didn't order it. Please don't play with words; we would have really appreciated a phone call beforehand to let us know...) One more thing: If you're using TheFork, you don't accept holiday vouchers! That's new!

13/02/2026: A superb address in Arles! L’Escaladou is a true family restaurant, open since 1976. You immediately feel the history and authenticity of the place. The welcome is warm, sincere, and attentive, while in the kitchen, the dishes are prepared with passion: a real home where everything is made with heart. The dishes are delicious, generous, and homemade, using quality ingredients. Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the plate. A friendly and authentic place that we recommend without hesitation. We will return with great pleasure!

10/02/2026: Back for the fourth time at Les Arcenaulx, a restaurant I wanted to introduce to a friend from the Var region. She wasn't disappointed, and neither was I. The quality of the food, from cocktail to dessert, remains consistently high, in a refined atmosphere with friendly service. The portions are generous, and the price is more than reasonable for a French fine-dining restaurant (set lunch menu at €33, with a choice of meat or fish main course). Today, we had asparagus velouté, salmon steak with braised leeks, and pear and chocolate rice pudding. We had a wonderful time. Kudos to the chef! We will definitely be back.

30/01/2026: Bouillabaisse. The soup was excellent, but full of garlic and chili extract. A very strong soup. The baguette and artichoke dip was delicious. We're Japanese and can barely speak French, but the staff were all very kind. The portions were too big, so we had to cancel dessert. Sorry. It was a great restaurant. Nous sommes Japonais. Nous ne parlons pas français, mais le personnel accueillant nous a permis de manger sans problème. Merci.

22/02/2026: Exceptional quality for a reasonable price. The menu is small, but all dishes are very original and high-quality. The waiter was pleasant and very friendly. The chef is very talented; there's an open kitchen so you can watch him at work.

09/09/2025: In the heart of the village of Puyricard, this restaurant offers a lovely little setting, particularly its terrace, and excellent family cuisine. Hearty fresh salad in summer, swordfish, marinated chicken, etc., and also a wide selection of sides to choose from. Very healthy and tasty cuisine. I recommend this place with its very friendly welcome.

23/02/2026: I'm only commenting on the food because of a plate of potatoes with cheddar and bacon. It was awful, to be honest. I saw other dishes that looked really good. The atmosphere was fantastic, the service was good, and the place itself was very stylish and attractive. Great for drinks! And for a meal... I'd go back to try something else to give it a chance.
