09/09/2024: Nicolas es un gran anfitrión. Chapurrea un poco el español y te hace sentir como en casa.
La pasta carbonara muy buena y en su punto. La lasaña considerable de tamaño y muy rica. Y el banofe (postre) espectacular. Me ha encantado.
29/08/2024: After a week of indifferent meals around Serignan, we took a train trip to Narbonne chancing upon L'estafette de Nicolas.
This is a wonderful restaurant with a wonderful owner. Locals queuing out the door! We had a lovely lunch playing Uno and eating excellent pasta. Best meal of my holiday.

The waffles are very good.
The waitress is very pleasant and the service is fast.
Prices are reasonable around 6 euros for a waffle and an Orangina.
We have been there several times and it is an address that I recommend.

22/10/2024: Un arrêt pour le repas du midi.
Plat du jour : poulet au basilic, riz et butternut.
Le poulet est tendre et parfumé, le riz excellent et le butternut bien grillé.
Un plat parfait qui nous a régalé.
Par contre le restaurant : la hotte devait être en panne car beaucoup de fumée lors des cuissons. Les menus et les tables sont un peu collants. L'accès aux toilettes, se fait par un escalier en colimaçon très exigu ( très propres les toilettes)
Bref, il y a du ménage à faire !!
15/10/2024: We found this little restaurant by chance and both had the plat de jour which we loved for its different flavours and tasty tender beef. We tried red and white wines and finished with a plate of cheese. The restraunteur was very friendly and informative and the little square lovely and picturesque. We can recommend a lunch here.

02/03/2024: Great atmosphere, and very good service. They helped you make yourself understood. The waiter who served us was incredibly kind. I recommend you visit the place if you want to have a good time and don't know where to go at night.

29/12/2024: Very disappointed yesterday by the lack of commercial gesture following the purchase of around 300 euros worth of bottles. Refusal to offer me a drink for 6 euros that I asked for as a souvenir! A priori on the recommendation of the new management. How sad when I loved coming to the site! Last purchase in this castle!

17/09/2024: La qualité est en baisse...le personnel aussi qui tache des vêtements et propose même pas une serviette ou autre...fish and chips très léger en quantité....une remise en question s'impose sinon les clients vont fuire....
16/09/2024: Nous avons choisi des tacos avec pulled pork des beignets de poulet.....tout était froid les beignets de poulets n étaient pas du jour car secs .....les tacos sont repartis en cuisine et comme on s en doutait passes au micro-ondes pour être réchauffés... La salade était cuite et c était vraiment dégueulasse...dommage je comptais prendre un dessert , nous en sommes restés là ?!

09/12/2023: rude waiter, he threw his notepad on my table so I could write down what I wanted and he served me bottled orange juice when there was a juicer because I didn't have time to make it natural (there were 2 more tables besides mine) bad coffee and the service smelled bad, apart from the waiter almost pushing me to the floor. disastrous
