10/12/2025: We visited L’Estafette de Nicolas and the experience couldn't have been better. The gentleman who served us was very friendly, and since he speaks a little Spanish, communication was very easy and friendly.
The food was delicious, prepared with care and with an exceptional flavor. A highly recommended place that we will definitely return to.
09/12/2025: We discovered the place by chance, and the owner (Nicolás Ettiene) was very friendly. It offers local specialties and has up to 300 dishes, which change regularly. Highly recommended!

The new owner and Marie are very active in the wine cork collection program, thus reducing incineration and landfill waste. Thank you so much for your involvement! ♻️🫶🏼🌍
Finally, the two terraces (one facing the boulevard and the other the canal) are still inviting with their windbreaks.

12/12/2025: We stopped by for a meal and wine tasting at this lovely estate.
Cédric, the restaurant manager, gave us excellent advice, was very personable, and had a great sense of humor. A beautiful place!
11/12/2025: My wife and I attended a tasting of eight wines. The price was €129 per person. The price is completely unreasonable. They poured a sip of wine that costs an average of €40 per bottle. For €258, you could buy all the iconic wines by the bottle at the château shop. And drink them peacefully. We were disappointed, especially after Châteauneuf du Pape, where it's customary to offer free wine.
In short, the tasting wasn't worth the money. The winery shop has a bar where you can try any wine you want for a reasonable price, then read all about it on the winery's website and decide whether to buy it. The €129 tasting is a rip-off and a bummer.

And even though I no longer live in Narbonne, it's still the first place I go when I arrive in the area. Without a doubt the best in Narbonne, I highly recommend it without hesitation!

15/02/2026: It is regrettable to note that on each of our visits, the cleanliness of the tables leaves much to be desired, to the point that several customers, including ourselves, are forced to clean them themselves in order to be seated, while the staff remain gathered around, chatting. The quality of service is significantly degraded, and the customer experience suffers as a result. For an establishment of this size, this discrepancy is simply ludicrous.

The waffles are very good.
The waitress is very pleasant and the service is fast.
Prices are reasonable around 6 euros for a waffle and an Orangina.
We have been there several times and it is an address that I recommend.
