The first day, the kids' meal was no problem at all. The second day, they only allowed three orders per car, which was the first problem. The second problem was missing items from my order, and the worst part is that when I picked up my order, I specifically asked the attendant, "Did you double-check that nothing was missing, please?" It was impossible to reach them by phone to report the oversight. Of course, I wasn't going to drive several kilometers back to get the missing item that I was charged for. McDonald's has really changed... We accumulate points, but the meal deals have changed. If you spend €75 at McDonald's, you can get a free meal, but only the cheapest sandwiches, whereas before, sandwiches like the Big Mac, for example, were available in the 75-point meals. Clearly I will never set foot in your establishment again. Despite being a regular customer, I will gladly go to the competition.
