01/06/2026: Great hotel for the price, and the food is more than decent. However, the hostess's robust charm could be a bit more understated. You're in her house, and if her children are napping on the sofa in the lobby in the morning, you might get a bit of a scolding if you try to walk through before the advertised breakfast time of 8:00, as if you've entered a private space.

11/07/2026: We tried the Corsican menu twice and were absolutely delighted. A fair price and good portions. Extremely delicious. Lots of locals in the restaurant – always a good sign!
05/06/2026: Traditional Corsican family cooking! We had the Corsican set menu for €19.50 and it was delicious! The owner is very friendly, his father is an excellent cook, and his grandmother is a fantastic pastry chef! We highly recommend it!! Signed, the Aveyron team 😁😁

11/07/2026: We were still waiting for our salmon starter, over an hour at the table, without anyone even checking on us. We called the waiter who told us the salmon had vanished into thin air! A complete farce, the owner completely unfazed... We paid for the wine and left without having dinner. Avoid at all costs!

22/03/2026: I ordered from the catering service for about ten people, and Ana was fantastic! She was very honest in advising me to reduce some of the quantities. We ordered all the vegetarian options (there were a lot!), and they were absolutely delicious and original!
All my Venezuelan friends confirmed that it was amazing! Special mention to the desserts, which disappeared very quickly! We highly recommend it!

11/07/2026: A lovely terrace in a pleasant pedestrian square provides the perfect setting for a delicious meal. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, salads, and pizzas. Those we tried were generous and delicious.
Be aware that it gets busy in the evenings, and you may have to wait for a table.
The service was attentive and quick.

We had to wait forever, while everyone who arrived after us and spoke French was served immediately and received their orders promptly, whereas we were constantly put off.
Never again.
Therefore, I cannot recommend it.

23/07/2026: Hey, please do me a favor and don't go there! We ordered a meat platter as an appetizer and were incredibly disappointed. The meat was warm, everything was prepared carelessly, and it was way too salty. At the end, when we wanted to pay, we asked the guy if he could bring us the bill… after 15 minutes, we had to go to the front ourselves because he'd forgotten.
18/07/2026: On the edge of the Calvi citadel, an inexpensive address, ideally located, and the service was excellent – truly top-notch.
