07/09/2026: A small restaurant with very friendly staff. A nice wine list and good recommendations. We had a very good meal; the food was excellent. The veal sauté with olives was excellent and well-presented. A lovely little terrace with a stunning view of the marina; we preferred to sit inside because of the heat.

05/09/2026: It's impossible to call it a restaurant, but it's not even a trattoria. It's a small room furnished with makeshift objects, accessed by a narrow, dark, and dirty staircase. No hygiene whatsoever. The menu has very little choice. We experienced such a surreal experience that we left without eating, making an excuse. It's a shame about the owner, who is friendly and welcoming!

28/08/2026: We've been twice, and we found this place exceptional in every way: - a magnificent terrace, surrounded by lush greenery and tastefully decorated down to the smallest detail - a warm and welcoming atmosphere and attentive service - cuisine that is both simple and sophisticated, refined yet unfussy, based on exceptional local products: Sea bass crudo (carpaccio), octopus, squid, veal chop, pork Absolutely flawless!!!

14/09/2026: It's a snack bar! And a good one! I had lunch alone today, as my companion was sick… but hey, that's no reason to stop me from eating! I'd taken the precaution of calling in the morning, specifying that I'd be coming alone. No reservation was taken; they simply said, "Yes, come on in." So I came… and when I arrived around 2 p.m., there were no tables left! They did manage to find me a small spot, facing a magnificent… Ben & Jerry's ice cream cabinet. The sea was right behind it, what a shame! That cabinet could perhaps find a new home, but I'm not going to redesign the snack bar's architecture! As for the food: simple but good. I ordered a hand-cut steak tartare (not mentioned). For those who like it, it's certainly a plus; personally, I found the pieces a bit thick. Another pleasant surprise: the steak tartare is self-service. And I must admit, when I go to a restaurant, it's precisely so someone can prepare it for me! This should at least be mentioned on the menu or when ordering. The side salad was also a bit small. On the other hand, a huge thumbs up for the fries! I had asked for well-cooked fries and, a miracle that's become quite rare these days, they were REALLY well-cooked: golden, perfectly crispy, and definitely not those soggy fries inside. For that alone, kudos to the kitchen! Another plus for the owner, who was very friendly. I had ordered a glass of rosé and he kindly offered it to me. And the ice cubes arrived naturally with it: a small, simple gesture, but very much appreciated. 🍷 And the real draw of this place is the beach: plenty of space, no crowds, and lots of parking right next door. No need to walk three kilometers with your beach bag! It's a Category 4 beach, so it's welcoming, especially for dogs, families, and people with disabilities. And frankly, that's a huge plus. 🐕🏖️ It's not your typical picture-perfect little white sand beach, but that's simply not the style of this part of the coast. It's large, pleasant, accessible, and offers a breath of fresh air. In short: a simple and friendly snack bar, a few minor things to improve regarding the food and the service for those who call ahead, but also some very good points: the fries (yes, they deserve their own paragraph!), the owner's friendliness, the accessibility, the parking, and above all, this large beach where everyone can find their spot. And if someone could just move the Ben & Jerry's freezer before my next visit… I might finally be able to see the sea! 😂 For those who follow my reviews with ZiGGy the zebra, you know my choices, and the fact that I'm talking about it means you can go there without worry.

30/08/2026: We had the opportunity to eat at this restaurant during our vacation, and it was an exceptional experience. The welcome was excellent, the advice we received for our menu choices (we wanted to try some typical dishes), and what can I say about the quality of the food... From the charcuterie board to the Corsican lasagna and the Corsican burger, everything was generous (even very generous) and a real treat for the taste buds. And we enjoyed our meals with a magnificent view of the sea. Pure bliss! 🤩

17/09/2026: Tourists on holiday in the region, we were visiting Bastia. Around midday, while wandering around looking for a restaurant, our eyes were caught by a sign advertising "homemade fresh pasta." Being lovers of truly good pasta, we decided to give it a try, and we must admit we weren't disappointed!... First of all, the waitress was very welcoming—young, smiling, and pleasant—in short, we felt very welcome in this establishment ✌️ Among all the varieties of pasta offered, as well as the different homemade sauces, we opted for lasagna Bolognese. And then, our taste buds went wild! It was a real treat; we had never eaten such good lasagna in a restaurant, and we felt like we were back in Italy, sitting around the family table enjoying Nonna's lasagna! 👌👌 We highly recommend this wonderful place to all pasta lovers. You can go there without hesitation! 👍 It's so good that we went back today and were once again delighted, this time with tagliatelle bolognese! Before leaving, we had the chance to chat with the owner, who was very friendly and truly passionate about his work—a very pleasant moment! ✌️ We'll be back as often as we can!

16/09/2026: We had a great experience here. The ambiance is pretty relaxed, we had a table om the terrace, our waiter was very friendly and tried his best to navigate the language barrier. I had the veggie chicken burger, which was good, the patty was a bit small, though. The fries were honestly not the best I ever had, but still okay. My partner's La Faim Du Monde Burger and the Tikka Chicken bites were great. They also serve handmade pasta, I would definitely come back to try it and to meet the welcoming waiters again :)

19/08/2026: I loved this very friendly place, the warm and genuine welcome, the coffee with a glass of water, and the pizzas in the evening. The place is spacious, pleasant, and air-conditioned: it's fantastic. It's clean, and the opening hours are great. Thank you, I'll definitely be back!

19/08/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant right after arriving by ferry from Bastia. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the grill and the friendly owner. The burgers and fries were excellent, as was the steak haché! We were well-fed and will return before the return ferry. See you soon! 🤗
