26/02/2026: What you expect from a restaurant: truly delicious, generous, and flavorful dishes! Mission accomplished. But there was also something we weren't particularly expecting. We left this restaurant not just satisfied, but surprised by the level of service. Kid-friendly restaurant! All the staff were very attentive: they noticed that our son wanted to sit at a particular table (while I didn't), so they immediately moved us. I made a mistake with the order; I asked for fries for both children. When the waitress saw my daughter's disappointed look because she wanted pasta (yes, it's strange, I know), she immediately sent the dish back (at no extra charge) even though I told her it wasn't a big deal, that it was my fault. They offered to send the children's meals out before ours (because you know kids, or maybe you don't, but they certainly do). A final surprise: they were given tickets for the carousel at Paquier (a perfect end to their stay!). The quality of service and food is increasingly rare to find. In short, you'll understand why we recommend it 200%. Thank you to the whole team!

14/11/2025: Politeness is definitely at odds! I'd like to add something following your comment. It was Tuesday the 11th at 12:30 PM. The brunette woman was unpleasant, didn't even say hello, and preferred talking to her colleague rather than serving us! I left.

08/03/2026: No wonder they're hiring a waiter, because it must be hard to find someone so rude and disrespectful. Groups of 11 people who squeeze tables onto the terrace (without leaving the designated area, respecting other customers, being courteous and respectful, and ordering overpriced drinks) are not welcome because "we're taking up too many tables." Apparently, we'd have to cram five of us onto stools around tables meant for two to please the owner, who "couldn't care less." He makes his money all summer long from tourists, so the locals of Annecy out of season don't interest him... So we moved to another terrace, where we were welcomed with pleasure, respect, and good humor 😀! And they even offered to move our tables closer together 😆

22/02/2026: After waiting 20 minutes on the terrace watching other customers being served before us even though they had just arrived, we preferred to go elsewhere, what a shame.

26/12/2025: This is undoubtedly the worst kebab I've ever eaten. The meat was so overcooked I ended up only eating the salad. A single sandwich for €9 is simply highway robbery and shows contempt for the customer. Avoid this place and it should be shut down by the health authorities.

15/10/2025: Annecy for breakfast or something as simple as that. A hot sandwich, well served. It's complicated, you get it at a fixed price, well served, and clean. These young people will take great care of you.

20/02/2026: Delicious! Served hot! Clean! We were just passing through, and we've been twice since we started coming to Annecy, and we've never been disappointed. Halal, nice menu... one small drawback: it was cold in the dining room. Maybe it's due to the ventilation 🤷‍♀️ I recommend it! Thank you!
