13/08/2026: A very good experience at this Subway! The sandwiches are carefully prepared and there's a wide variety to satisfy all tastes. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and efficient, even when it's busy. Special mention goes to the quality of service and the generous portions.

I received a wonderfully warm welcome at this establishment located right across from the train station. Excellent value for money!
01/06/2026: A friend and I got smoothies, and they were just undrinkable puree. We had to ask her for a teaspoon; even the fruit flavor wasn't great. I wouldn't recommend them.

This is the third time this has happened to us… and it's always the same problem!
We pick up an order at the Drive-Thru and, once we get home, we realize that an item is still missing. It seems that checking an order before handing it to the customer has become optional at McDonald's.
Nothing is checked, or if it is, it's done very poorly. Yet we pay for the entire order, not just what they somehow managed to put in our bag.
Three mistakes is starting to be a lot for a simple McDonald's order consisting of a Happy Meal and a Best Of meal.
03/09/2026: Order placed, almost my entire order is missing. I paid €40 for nothing to eat, and of course, since it was delivery, they're washing their hands of it. I've filed a complaint with the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) and on Signal Conso (a consumer protection website).

03/09/2026: To begin with, the welcome was icy, unfriendly, and left much to be desired.
The cashier started taking our order and then left us stranded.
The meal itself was quite good, however, the sauce on the wrapper looked unhygienic, and the portion seemed small for the price.
A television playing news reports was blaring, making it sound like we were at our grandmother's house, instead of just background music or nothing at all.
Finally, the restrooms appeared to be under construction.

14/07/2026: A terrible experience! During our visit, we received a very poor welcome. The waitress had a disdainful attitude and spoke to us disrespectfully. Despite having already ordered, we were asked to leave. We left very disappointed by the service and the atmosphere. We do not recommend this establishment and prefer other bars like Delirium or Caliente.

13/09/2026: An order of 8 items was missing 1 toy, a sauce, and a drink. The fries in the MAXI Best Off, pictured, are a quantity worthy of a Happy Meal.
And the burger was wrapped with the printed side facing up.
11/09/2026: This is the third time I've ordered, and three times something's gone wrong.
I'm usually pretty tolerant, and I know fast food isn't easy, but forgetting drinks, sauces, or a small burger EVERY time I come is just too much.
I think I'll go somewhere else. I have absolutely no desire to come back; it's not worth it considering how they treated the other customers in front of me.

14/09/2026: I went today and wanted to order a vanilla matcha and a large pistachio cookie. Unfortunately, the woman who served me made a mistake and gave me a small one. It's an error, of course, that can happen to anyone. She may not have heard me say "a large pistachio cookie." After that, we were seated, and the service was quite quick. However, the person who prepared my matcha had forgotten the vanilla I had specifically requested (I had mixed it thoroughly beforehand to be sure; there was no vanilla flavoring). Of course, another woman added it at my request. It's not a big deal, but two things happening in quick succession is quite unacceptable. They should be more attentive to service and customer expectations to ensure a better experience and encourage repeat business. Please take this as helpful advice, not as unconstructive criticism.

22/09/2026: I never leave comments, but honestly, this is ridiculous. The trash cans are never emptied, and people leave their trays wherever they can because the bins are overflowing. I've been waiting for my McDonald's for 45 minutes, maybe even an hour. As the kids say! POV! I've never seen anything like it. I wanted to eat quickly, but that didn't work out, and I'm going to be late for my appointment. How can such an old institution serve us such disgusting food?

Takeout, and I won't even mention the fact that they gave me potatoes instead of fries.
But my drinks (Sprites were actually just sparkling water) were...

30/05/2024: It’s a very cute shop. It’s small and neat. There was no one there when I went there on a Saturday afternoon. The atmosphere is great. The scones are also delicious. However, you will feel a bit sour in your mouth after eating it. Everything else is great and we like it very much. Lemon cheesecake!
