18/03/2026: A terrible experience. I was charged twice for a single order, an error that clearly originated with the restaurant. Instead of resolving the issue on the spot, I was asked to come in to get an email address to file a complaint. So I made the effort to return specifically, sent the email as requested… and since then, no response. This is unacceptable: not only is the error yours, but the customer is expected to go in person and take all the necessary steps, only to be completely ignored. Non-existent customer service. I'm still waiting for my refund.

05/12/2025: During our annual stay in Tours, we never fail to dine at this restaurant. The cuisine delights our palates from appetizer to dessert. The welcome and service are always efficient and pleasant. The team remains the same and consistently delivers delicious dishes year after year. In short, a sure bet in Tours. Well done and thank you.

04/12/2025: I'd heard great things about it, and I was quite disappointed. The food wasn't very original, and the presentation was unremarkable. It was so crowded, it was difficult to have a conversation without your neighbor overhearing.

25/03/2026: This lunchtime we stopped at Aux Bons Enfants. A bright dining room, and a terrace for sunny days. The welcome was warm, and the homemade meal was delicious. There was a choice of starters from a well-presented buffet, and three main courses to choose from. I had the hanger steak with a delicious blue cheese sauce 😋 and homemade fries. Others opted for the filet mignon with goat cheese sauce... yum! Cheese was also offered, but the portion was too generous for us 😊. We finished with tiramisu for some and clafoutis for others... excellent 🤩. A quick coffee and we were all set, served with a smile by a friendly young woman. Thank you to the team for their professionalism. The meal was around €18 with a beer and coffee, about €22.50 per person 👍🌼☀️

17/03/2026: As Jeff Tuche would say, what a shame there's no Irish beer for St. Patrick's Day. That's a yellow card, at the very least!

05/03/2026: Nice bar, friendly atmosphere. It's a shame that for a beer bar, most of the beers on tap are low-quality French beers. They offer Karmelit on tap, and when you ask for more, they tell you the keg is empty… what wouldn't they do to attract customers? Hoping you'll rectify this, it's a real shame to have such a lovely establishment and offer mediocre beers. Consider going to Belgium, where there are excellent abbey beers. Stéphane, the previous owner, offered us some very good products. And finally, I'm told to order a bottled beer, and I tell you, if I come to your establishment, it's not to drink a bottle I can consume at home. Sincerely

09/10/2025: We had an unforgettable time at the Puzzle Pub for my thesis defense. Arnaud was a tremendous help from start to finish. The service was more than friendly and seamless, and the quality of the alcohol and food matched the event. A beautiful space that can be privatized for special family moments.
