30/12/2025: I stayed here last May with my family on a trip through France and Germany. This hotel was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. However my favorite part of this town were the cats. We had been in France for 3-4 days and I did not see any cats. I missed mine back home very much. When we arrived late at night there were several near the shops and hotel.

13/11/2025: Comfortable hotel in the heart of the city. The castle is a 5-minute walk away. Spacious and comfortable room. Highly recommended!

03/05/2026: What a fantastic find! The shop offers excellent quality products. The gentleman (probably the owner) is a true coffee encyclopedia: passionate, extremely knowledgeable, always offering great advice, and very friendly. You can immediately tell he loves his job! Plus, the prices are really reasonable considering the quality. I highly recommend it!

23/04/2026: He's been my go-to supplier for whole bean coffee for a long time, and every time I visit, I always find something new. His expertise matches his friendly manner, which is a real pleasure. In particular, his coffees are a delight to my palate because he knows exactly how to roast them, and he seems to have a hard time identifying the origin and variety of the coffee. I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you!

25/10/2025: This place is a haven for a meal or a treat. Everything is homemade, flavorful, and delicious 👌 ... there are three dishes, but there's something for everyone. I highly recommend it 🙌☺️

25/04/2026: Top-notch and surprising house beers, from the white stout to the double IPA (not bitter) and the rice lager. The waitress was friendly and helpful. The outside is quiet and not too noisy. It's a shame they don't have a deposit on glass cups, even a higher one; it would be nicer than the (pretty) plastic cups. It's also a shame they no longer serve hot dogs. All in all, a pleasant evening in the only real beer bar in town.

06/05/2026: L'Etape à Pâtes is a sure bet, whatever dish you choose. There are flavors I can only find here, like the homemade pesto, which is excellent without being too salty! The portions are generous for an affordable price, with a great lunchtime set menu. Finally, the staff is friendly and attentive. Don't hesitate to go in!

18/05/2026: Having ordered through Uber Eats, I did not receive my entire order (I only received the drinks), and I have tried contacting the McDonald's at Deux Lions several times without receiving a response. I called the one in Tours city center, and they answered me immediately. Since I ordered from my workplace, please ensure that your employees respond to customers!

16/04/2026: We went to eat at KFC and the experience was rather disappointing. The wait was particularly long, which can happen during busy periods, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case, and the quality of the food didn't make up for it. In fact, the food served wasn't hot enough and lacked freshness, which made the meal less enjoyable. It's a shame, because one expects a minimum level of quality and consistency from this type of establishment. However, the staff remained polite, and we hope that these aspects can be improved in the future, particularly regarding wait times and food temperatures.

18/02/2026: Passing through Tours, we stopped for a bite to eat before heading home, and well, that was the first and last time. The welcome, the service, etc... 0. The woman was very unpleasant, as if we had forced her to work! This kind of behavior is very childish. Good luck.

21/05/2026: This restaurant is overpriced for what it offers. A chicken fricassee with three measly little chicken thighs, pasta, and a mushroom sauce cost €15.90... No more burgers with steak were available after 12:15 PM... The pulled beef burger was awful, like shepherd's pie in a bun... A panna cotta for €7! No set menu or daily specials were offered... A 50cl beer was €8! Very disappointed with the value for money, which I could understand in downtown Tours or even Paris, but in an industrial area in Montbazon...
